BUT I know you can buy flintlocks without restriction, the problem legally would be the gunpowder/blackpowder.
due to the long reload time, I thought of buying like 10 or more and strapping them to the inside of a trenchcout warhammer fantasy witchhunter style.
Could this be viable or is the idea stupid?
Gun is gun, just NY reload with them stashed around your house or some pirate bandolier. Seal the barrel and cap so the powder doesn't get wet and you're gtg.

Just some ceran foil around it or a little bit of masking tape?
and what about the primer; I know if it has an actual primer there is no need to worry but if its that old black powder primer then what do?
Wax, shove some in the end. Put some clear nail polish over the cap to keep them secure and stop humidity from seeping in there.

Or paste wax, don't break a candle off in it. It's low pressure and the barrel is rather thick, it's a trick as old as BP guns to stop rain/seawater/humidity from getting in your guns.

If you can be bothered to get a black powder license, you can be bothered to get a real gun license. It's not actually hard.
Also breakins are not a big problem, violent breakins even less so. If you're really scared, lock up your sleeping room and keep a phone inside to call the police.

I´m german too (Bavaria) and in my opinion the gun laws here are alright.
they just dont want that any idiots, morons or other low IQ People get into it.
You need to take gun safety course.
In the gun safety course you need to pass the theoretical and practical exam
and after that you need to be a member of a gun club for atleast 12 months and in these 12 months you have to shot at least 1 time per month.
then you can apply for the gun ownership license

you can buy all kinds of muzzle loader (Vorderlader) if you are over 18.
i recommend percussions. they are in general better then flintlocks.

you just take a weekend course and pass again a theoretical and practical exam.
then you can apply for the blackpowder license
In generall you are free to do anything in Germany.
You just need to take a course or school so you learn how to handle and use your topic.

Darfst du nicht, verstößt gegen das Waffengesetz und ist eine Straftat.
Weil du dann die Waffen schussbereit am Körper führst und Vorderladerwaffen sind nur deswegen frei ab 18 und ohne Waffenbesitzkarte zu kaufen, eben weil diese primär als "Spielzeug" / "Hobbywerkzeug" gelten.
Wenn du dich verteidigen willst kauf dir lieber ein ordentliches Taschenmesser und Pfefferspray.

Kannst es natürlich machen, aber du wirst vermutlich dann in den regionalen Nachrichten landen und dich komplett zum Affen machen + Anzeige wegen Verstoß gegen das Waffengesetz = Straftat = hohe Tagessätze Geldstrafe oder Gefängnis oder wenn gut läuft bekommst du ein paar Jahre mit Bewährungsauflagen.
