I‘d say that’s a former Bundeswehr Pzh2000; they seems use identical numerical marks (encircled 62). But it’s just a guess.
That's just a tonnage marking.
NL and DE use the same markings, could be either. Both are run by Bundeswehr logistics anyway. NL is not large enough for their own logistics chain.
Thats SOP for all countries in Europe, they share lots of infrastructure to save cost.
The Dutch and German army are very much integrated with eachother. The plan is to increase this integration even more in the future.

Ever since that article about the CAESAR's capability vs Russian/Soviet junkyard stuff I've been convinced that you'd maybe need about 300 modern western SPAGs and they could at least stalemate them as long as the ammo flowed and you don't factor air/missile advantages.
Give them 600 and appropriate ammo and I don't think they could really hold a front against them.
I just hope they can maintain a gorillion different systems efficiently. Perhaps they should hire some freelance French or German mechanics to come work on them when they break down.

Combine that with the fact they work in tandem with cobra artillery radar and you have the perfect storm. Unless the Ukies frick up, the Russian artillery will have a really bad time.
They can fire about 10 rounds in a minute, hitting within a few meters at 50+ km, and then be on the move after 20 or so seconds.

Vatniks are fricked then. Although lately they've been showing off destroying Ukranian artillery (drone footage), these Pzh's would become priority targets they might put a disproportionate amount of resources towards destroying.
It's basically impossible for the Russians to counter battery this thing, so it can continuously blast targets at long range with impunity.
They're a normal self-propelled gun - nice but standard. Without smart ammo they won't do anything special.
They have hit, since sunday 0400 when they first got a target, 5 ammo and fuel depots. These things will give the Ukraine an edge they desperately need and deserve.
Kill their logistics, that is their mission right now.
