Find me a replacement. NOW!

Hey PrepHole! Can you find me a part that is equivalent to the FML-G12S? I am in the of restoring a Panasonic AG-1830 power supply and this diode is fricking dead. They don't sell these anymore but it's specs are on digikey: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/sanken-electric-usa-inc/FML-G12S/4289248?s=N4IgTCBcDaIGIFkAyBxAjGAyiAugXyA

Doesn't have to be exact. A replacement that is close as possible.

Also it doesn't have to be the same form factor. I don't care what it is. I just want it to werk.

Where is it located? Not super critical likely...just match current rating, Vf and switching time.

    Read.
    >FML-G12S is a fast recovery diode of 200 V /5 A. The maximum trr of 40 ns

So you need fast recovery diode, that can handle 200V or more, 5A or more, and trr less than 40 ns (which isnt that critical)
If you can't figure out, you should stop, because you're dicking with a power supply, and you do need to understand how it works. And if you did, you won't be asking question that stupid.

Just curious why putting energy into an 1830? For $120 you could get an equivalent more modern deck, with TBC and other features. If you are gonna go and replace caps and shit, might as well get an old 1980
