it can be done, but you will have to understand when you go PrepHole that you lack the knowledge and instincts that become ingrained when you spend the majority of the early years of your life barefoot in trees. you won't be an expert overnight, and if you don't come up with a good motivation to be outside other than simply liking the idea of it.. you will likely not stick to it.

It's only too late when you're paraplegic. Get yourself the basics (small pack, footwear, socks, etc) and get out there. If you want to get into hiking, do something small and achieveable at first like a day walk on a marked trail. If you enjoy that do yourself a favour and research safe outdoor practice. Then you can confidently and safely commit to overnight hikes, or longer. This advice applies to any outdoor shit you want to do, start small, research, stay safe, and have fun.

You are in the prime of your life right now and have a good 20 years of being able to frick and kill like a predator if you take care of yourself. Now go young one learn the ways. Go get a decent day pack, a good water blader, some decent boots, and socks. You literally have no reason not go experience the most ancient of human conditions this summer. I want you to find a nice tree, one with low branches that you can pull yourself up on to. And climb that b***h. You don't need to go to the top. But get at least ten feet off the ground. Preferably you should get into the crown, but don't be unsafe.
Get comfortable and just vibe with the tree. Focus on how the tree is moving, on the gentle wind blowing a little harder up there than on the ground. Close your eyes or just look into the crown of the tree.
Might spark something in you, tree climbing is an amazing way to get PrepHole and it is often more accessible than rock climbing.
