There are certainly very soft targets throughout Africa that would hurt the loot train of resources as hard as any targets in pozziya ... and, they would be much easier and far safer to hit than trying to insert teams onto pozziyan clay. gayner and similar assets are stretched far too thin to protect the entire supply chain and all the sources.

Whilst Russian doctrine might dictate that anyone with a rifle should be thrown into the frontlines, this is not the intended purpose of Special Forces. They've received specialised and expensive training that would be wasted on frontline duties, it is more sensible to apply this investment of time and money to its intended purpose. There's that old expression:

No source but it's known burger companies that make those npc cameras like ring/nest whatever will comply to law enforcement requests even w/o the warrant, like I've seen reports of people getting snitched on by their own cameras ofc this is using "cloud", doubt there are some cia schizo tier backdoors on those but who knows. having 24/7 footage of your house on someone else's computer isn't ideal from a security perspective, chinese or not.
that is one reason you generally would want to use "CC"TV, that would remove possibility of police being handed hundreds of hours of evidence without a warrant

Most commercially available security cameras don't record to cloud storage, they record onto locally installed storage such as SD cards.
You might end up using different solutions to store potentially relevant footage based on different triggers on an external server, but if you're doing this, it's generally because you're a security monitoring company and generally law enforcement will just straight up ask you directly for footage, at which point you are legally obligated to either ask for permission from your client or a warrant from police.
If you don't do either of these, and just hand over footage to anyone, law enforcement or not, your client can sue the shit out of you.
Also israelitevision is dogshit and has the single worst tool for managing alerts and footage I've ever worked with.
