I’m just so bored of ar15’s bro. Please help me escape this gun hell. What’s a cool gun? I don’t care how “good” it is, I want something that makes me feel good swinging it around
Wheelie boy rifle.
Nothing balances and points like this gun, sucks that it isn't more accurate but good enough for plinking trash with 45 Colt.
Alternatively get yourself a Dragoon.
Pretty much any revolver.
Nagant has atrocious trigger pull even in single action not to mention the uncircumcised ammo would be special for the gun and most people rightfully think that's stupid
Is that not something that can be overcome with modern engineering?
I’m not an engineer, but I’m envisioning something where half-wienering the hammer also pushes the cylinder forward and locks it in place and then you can get a more traditional trigger pull. It’s not like you’re going to win 3-gun competitions with a revolving cylinder rifle anyway, so chasing split times probably isn’t your biggest concern
Unless you're using the gas seal ammo, to my knowledge, even with the camming cylinder you'll still have the cylinder gap issue so a common ammo type and a shield around the cylinder is the easiest and most cost effective solution. Though the issue with the trigger pull could probably be fixed, there is a method to lessen the single action and double action pull weight but they can easily compromise the trigger spring.

>be one of the few guns in the world that can be pulled in half and put together again without any tools >this lends itself to fit any role you want it to >people are STILL trying to make a "do-all" gun when they could just frick around with various upper receivers

So what's the deal with these? I've seen them around since the early 2010s. How did they fix the cylinder gap problem of revolver long guns?
If you zoom in and look right behind the hand guard, there is a small shield that protects your forearm from the blast.
I swear I've seen a version of these from a manufacturer without shields. I thought we had some new mechanical whimsy going on
AR "people" have become insufferable with all their arguing about gizmos and gadgets and barrel lengths
tbhbbq

Why don’t they copy the M1895 Nagant to seal the cylinder gap?
Meant for

Battle rifles unironically.
Lever gats will always have style, but the only guns that match the functionality of an AR-15 cost 2-3x as much
AR15 but not
