i have a gallon of 100mg nic salts sitting around in my freezer from when i used to make ejuice.
now im always nicing on a zyn or on!
it seems like its just some weird white pouder in a pouch that has nic salts dissolved into them
what is the white powder and what is the pouch itself made of? can you order this shit in bulk?
The powder is the salt form, what you have in your freezer is the salt in solution. Either find a way to extract the salt from solution (you’ll probably waste salt) or just buy salt form directly
The pouch also probably has other things in it. Sweeteners like xylitol (which will kill your dog fyi), flavorings, bulking agents, etc. mix that all together, find a way to dose accurately into the pouch, find a way to close them safely (probably heat seal), done. Frankly for what these cost you probably won’t save much when all is said and done. Maybe you live somewhere where they are taxed more significantly but where I live a thing of zyn is like $5 for 15 pouches, when you factor in your labor it will likely be hard to beat that price. Unless you really are desperate to make ultra high concentration ones or custom flavorings I guess
Thinking on extracting nicotine from the solution it’s actually kind of a pain because it’s likely in propylene glycol, glycerine, etc. it would be a whole thing. You would need shit like ether and a drying agent plus a bunch of glassware. Just buy the salt form or just buy the pouches bc this probably won’t actually save you a worthwhile amount of money

Here's something I got into: that tropical flavored rockjaw gum. Hard af. Tires out your jaw muscles. Gets the jaw to shift forward, so your breathing is improved and your alignment. If you could get 5,6,7 yr olds to start chewing this, they'd be massive chads with a full set of teeth, as it's the lack of chewing when young that gives a poor quality jaw development and lack of room for teeth. vape fluid is usually 50/50 propylene glycol and vegetable glycerol, and 5% of the total weight is flavorings and nic. sometimes people use more PG for less visible vapor, or more VG for cloud chasing.
the very mild sweetness of a "plain" vape is from the VG, but most of the time there are sweeteners in the flavorings. to my knowledge, there's not any sugar in vapes, that would destroy the coils with fouling in nothing flat.

i would want to make menthol, ideally some fruity homosexual flavor like watermelon or strawberry with a menthol kick, and i want it to be approximately equivalent to the 5% nic pods. maybe a bit stronger because i don't inhale just to make up the difference.

If you buy a bottle of the nicotine suspension to make e liquid that’s like 100mg/ml and take a swig you will probably die, the ld50 is 50mg for humans. Would probably not be all that difficult to load up a pouch with 100mg of the salt although it would probably be almost immediately obvious to the person that it was way too strong and the absorption is likely slower so they may be able to ditch in time that they would just get very sick. While vape bros are generally morons they’re usually smart enough to follow the massive warnings plastered all over the sites and bottles when they make their own juice although a few have killed their pets and children by leaving shit out unattended like the stupid buttholes they are.
Either way it would be a really idiotic way to murder someone as it would be totally obvious how they died and they would absolutely start investigating the moron that just ordered a bunch of nicotine salts online
"Disposable" ecogs can pretty readily be refilled. Get the small form factor with out the price.
Let's see. You have nicotine @ 100mg/mL. Assume it is in PG which has a density around that of water so we can assume 1mL = 1g.
Nicotine pouch solutions are usually a mix of starches, gums, sweeteners, and acidity modulators. Assuming we are KISS, we can throw out gums, and acidity modifiers. The most straightfoward experiment would be to use a common carbohydrate carrier, such as maltodextrin, and mix in sucralose (splenda packets) until the powder is well mixed and sweet to your preference. Then, for example, if you are making a 6mg pouch you would add (6mg/100mg/mL) = .060grams or 60mg to each satchet. The liquid may be too concentrated and may not evenly distribute among the powder, so you may be better off diluting your 100mg/mL to 50 or even 25mg/mL. The pouch itself? I'm sure you may be able to find something on amazon, think tea bag material.
