dealing with a landfill dump on your land

The previous owner of my land left me with a 200ft long 15ft deep ravine leading to a pond. In the middle of the ravine, it is filled with maybe 2-4 pickup truck loads of asbestos tile siding . Most of it is on the edge about to fall into the ravine. It also has barbed wire and some other junk in it like old oil filters.

Suggestions?

I currently plan to fill it in with dirt/rotten wood. Wear a ventilator and finish pushing the tiles over the side.

Tile is not an issue. It's the fluffy insulation, loose fibers, that's a hazard. You can bury that as inert landfill, as it's reformed rock that exists in it's original form in the ground. But take all the metal and other shit out and take that to the dump.

      > EPA
Isn't there Title Insurance for this kind of thing? What are all those fees idiots paying for, when swapping property possessory Title rights, when true ownership is maintained by the State corp on behalf of the bankers? Those fees are supposed to cover such unrevealed issues so the little goy don't get burdened with the liability.

No house & property inspection? I find it hard to believe that you didn't, at minimum, walk around the property and say 'Hey, what is that huge dump?' Lots of shitheads on the states. Someone used the back hill of their property as a literal dump for decades. No coincidence that the water is fluoridated.

So you knew it was there when you bought the property and instead of doing the sensible thing and have it cleaned up at his cost you decided to ask PrepHole how to commit a felony environmental crime.

      It's asbestos, idiots. It's a mineral.
It's safe and fine to bury that shit, and that's the same fate it would meet if it was being cleaned up by licensed asbestos abatement wienersuckers.

Push anything on the sides in so it is on the bottom of the ravine and cover with concrete rubble and dirt.

Bag it and put in your trash for the landfill, toss some in each week until it is gone, especially the oily stuff.

throw dirt on top and forget about it

it's either you bury it where it is or take it to a landfill where they will, guess what, bury there

you could take all the fencing to a scrap yard and get a few bucks

could disassemble the oil filters and burn the filter paper so the oil doesn't seep into your water table and your well

really depends on how much work you want to put into it

that's not even that bad, you pussy ass homosexual
get a basic PPE mask, and bag those tiles for proper disposal
you don't even need a mask, since it's hard and wet asbestos
