Crimean Bridge attack

On a scale of 1 to 10, how successful was this attack?

I'll start with my rating of an 8. First of all, the attack was not foiled by security and the weapon did not fail. The rail section is still under repair and the propaganda value is high. The ability of Russia to expediate road repairs mught suggest Ukraine is biding its time before striking again.

They were running trains on it literally the next day. It was a nothingburger.

direct perspective - nothing happened, because the trains ran, and the trucks, including baters, tank, along the side
international perspective - the zelensky administration has showed her terroristic tendency, the linefulness that it has reduced support elsewhere, approached 100%

is this an attempt at humour? The train tracks were warped due to the heat and no trains operated on them for months

there's video of the trains running across the tracks the next day, you can see the burn marks all around and the warped and buckled tracks on the other line.

You'd actually have had a convincing demoralisation if you didn't put on the Zelensky administration part on the end, the IQ of Russians must be the same as the temperature of the black sea

At least he didn't call it a regime. They seem to have a fixation on politicians who will serve a term or two as being equivalent to their decades of essentially on man rule and significant constitutional changes.

There are four basic parts to this:
    >2 rail lines
    >2 road bridges
And the attack destroyed two of each, so I'd rate it 50% effective. 6/10, with an extra point for the rail line still being one way to this day.

would've been a 10 if the rail bridge also got destroyed

The strike only served to prove Ukraine as a terrorist state to anyone who isn't in war psychosis or a MIC shill.

          >The explosives (22,770 kg [50,200 lb]) were transported on 22 pallets on the truck. The explosives were loaded at Odesa at the beginning of August and shipped through Bulgaria, Armenia and Georgia to Russia. On 7 October, it was loaded onto a Russian truck bound for Simferopol. FSB released an X-ray video showing what they said was the truck loaded with explosives. In contrast with the photos from the bridge checkpoint released earlier, the X-rayed truck was missing a spare wheel and one of the axles.
          Sounds definitely believable.

most of the automotive bridge is pretty low to the water, except for the sections over the various ship channels. probably because it's cheaper to build a shorter bridge, and the vehicles have no problems going up and down the grades. the rail line is elevated the whole way across despite the expense, probably because you don't really want a very long, very heavily loaded line of rail cars going up and down steep grades if you absolutely don't have to.

There is no evidence of who conducted the operation, and nobody has claimed credit. Just vatBlack person chimpout accusations and falsified "evidence."

Feel free to start this thread again once we know who did it.

You're kidding, right? You can't be this stupid. Every Ukrainian government account was cheering and praising their suicide bomb truck for a whole day until they realized that it didn't actually destroy the bridge, only knocking out a a few sections temporarily(one lane traffic was permitted literally the next day). Then they all pretended to not know what happened. You shills are fricking moronic.

They were already throwing missiles at non military targets and fricking with power plants.
