I mean of the people who message you about it. You can immediately tell the scamming poos from the names and grammar

You have to pay to list a car now. It filters out the scammers.

Had some guy text me that he was satisfied by the condition of my 'vehicle' on there and wanted to buy. They asked for my address so they could overnight a certified check 'for the asking price' and they'd pay me another $100 to reserve their place as first buyer and they'd have the 'vehicle' picked up after I was satisfied that the money cleared my account.

    How does this scam work?

Based on how you put 'vehicle' in quotes twice makes me wonder what scam you were running.

That's what they put in their text message, they made no mention of the make or asking price. I also don't have pictures posted.

And it's also multiple vehicles in the ad, not one, so I'm guessing it's a scam, but not sure what they get with my address?

They will send you a check for more than the asking price and ask that you send it back to them to them for them to use to cover shipping expenses or some other cost, or that you send it to someone who will handle it (also them). You will be left on the hook for the full amount of the fraudulent check.

What? They told me to deposit it and when satisfied they'd pick it up. Only thing I could think of was money laundering.

They'll ask you to pay for shipping or some other stupid charge that is actually them. It might be a $2500 fraudulent check and they'll get $200 off of you.

Rest assured, the check is fake.

      Could be multiple things.
Name, Address, email, bank details, phone number to spoof. If it's a poo, they'll find a way to scam you.

Any local anon should scoop those. In a lot of places you can get a property tax write off if you have them, don't even need the bees, you can 'lease' them out to people that farm bees.

I see some items that are interesting to me on my Craigslist. What's the probability of showing up and losing a kidney?

Arm thyself and bring a friend. Make sure it's in an area where there are plenty of people. See if they'll meet you with the item in a parking lot. If you have to drive out to someone's house, definitely bring a couple of friends with you. I've picked up things from there and FB marketplace alone, but I don't know if it's something that I'd recommend.
