>Damn, eurobroskis, y we no hav dis?
Because it's not and 90% of the time it's some bone-idle frickwit trying to swindle people into hauling away their garbage for them.
Free E-PAL is not so bad. If there's enough of them you can make some good money. I know companies paying up to 12€ per piece here. They're like 20€ new
I loathe pedestal sinks >odd angles make cleaning difficult >often find them in small bathrooms but they reduce storage space compared to a vanity and have no place to affix a toilet paper holder >they usually look out of place with palace-like aesthetics surrounded by drywall and modest tile >they’re often wobbly because of shitty installation
why even bother with them
Why would you put toilet paper on your sink? Are you using your sink as a urinal? I just put mine on the wall next to my toilet since there's where I use 99% of my toilet paper at.
All the gays saying this is just some homeowner trying to get free work have obviously not priced cabinets recently. At a glance a cabinet shop would probably charge around $8000-$10000 for those cabinets and countertops. Maybe more if they are solid wood.
Had a client who stiffed us on a $7,500 bill (all due to her numerous revisions and changes after we got her permit for her) while pointing out how great her $100,000 kitchen was. If I were the boss I would have at least dropped a lien on the house or told her to pay 100% of the outstanding balance plus the price for the as-built before even starting to work on it when she requested it. He just refused to do anything that might even involve a whisper of a lawyer's involvement.
At this point, if boss doesn't care and it's not your money, frick it. I've seen too much of this type of shit. I hate clients. And the boss. And the subs. And this entire industry.
$1800+/- of free material is a pretty good deal. imagine the kind of soi-infused hipster morons that went to see an "art exhibit" consisting of some zigzagged drywall sheets
Holy frick this guys a fricking homosexual. Even dropped and totally ready for a sawmill these things are hard to give away. Just nobody gives a shit and anyone with a sawmill has a way to get tree guys to drop shit off to them for free. Imagine cutting down trees for free for firewood even lol. Lmao, even.
I'm dedicating too much time thinking about this post, but if he's so God damn certain he can drop all these fricking trees like it's nothing why doesn't he do that and then see if anyone wants them for free? Then when nobody comes to take free logs he can get the county to take it for free. Which yeah I'm sure the county is gonna spend an entire day cleaning up multiple trees
Because he's full of shit. He's probably fell trees in the woods but doing it around power lines, houses, and pavement is a whole other ball game. Anyone that comes in there is going to need to cut it up into section from top to bottom. The amount of labor to do that makes the wood worthless to take the tree for "free". The only time you can really sell live timber is if you have acreage with old growth and they can bring in the big equipment and truck's for a clear cut.
Also him being so concerned with his yard is a red flag. Anyone going in there to take those trees will frick his yard up so he's probably going to want free sod out of it. Also no one taking the trees for "free" are going to deal with the stumps left behind and I'm sure he wants those gone too.
It's another "I know what I got" boomer that thinks he can trick young people into pulling their boot straps up and doing hard labor for a $20 bill.
I could do it easily but no way that homosexual has the gear or the practice. I preload with winch cable(s) aimed via snatch blocks, cut to holding wood then drive off (the winch cannot spool as fast as driving takes up cable) and tree goes happily to ground.
My WWII Power Wagonbro just bent the frick out of them using his PTO winch then cut them. We did a shitload of trees after Hugo and it was educational fun. Frick relying on hopes and prayers. When you're not an arborist you have time for safe rigging.
if they OWN the home then they can do with them as they please. if they are renting, but purchased the appliances on their own, then they can do with them as they please.
this is what happens when you still live in moms basement and dont know how renting or owning a home works. grow up kid
ahh yes.. another "I dont want to pay to have my tree cut down so ill let some sucker do it for me for free cause they get to keep all the wood" listing.
so people actually fall for this shit? like seriously. there cant be enough gullible people out there to fall for this scam
To save their house. No tree should shade a house because to do so it threatens the roof. Your mistaken view is common and why boomers spend thousands on arborists. Power is cheap in the US but roofing that's any good is not.
Because a branch off of that tree is going to annihilate either his or his neighbor's roof during the next Once-in-a-Lifetime (TM) ice storm or hurricane.
Some neighbour probably posted that that didn’t like his tree and swatted it.
I know a guy who tried to cut down his neighbour’s tree when they went on vacation.
>My parents died and I don't want to move this beautiful, heavy, oak, amish built table.
I picked it up off facebook and had it in my kitchen in less than 2 hours
I suspect the catch is exactly how "mobile" it is, given it's been sat there long enough for a tree to grow at the hitch end. Certainly not going to be something you can just roll up to and tow off.
I listed some free shit on craigslist and got a bunch of emails. So I picked the most normal sounding name first and responded to him yesterday. He ghosted me this morning so I called him. Turns out "I have a cell tower too close to my house."
>Free shit 'n' sheeit
Damn, eurobroskis, y we no hav dis?
Because thou art poooooor!!!!
>Damn, eurobroskis, y we no hav dis?
Because it's not and 90% of the time it's some bone-idle frickwit trying to swindle people into hauling away their garbage for them.
That's 50%, 38% of the rest of them are poos getting a google code texted to people and asking for it
>has never heard One Man's Trash is another person's treasure
because I can afford Villeroy & Boch
Looks home depot tier, no joke.
>Basicb***h sink
>Le rich
Lol
Lmao even
Over here everything ends up on OLX
Yep, true that (picrel) just not so common
Free E-PAL is not so bad. If there's enough of them you can make some good money. I know companies paying up to 12€ per piece here. They're like 20€ new
you don't even have a backsplash you Black person
We do, but not graiglist.
In France we have Leboncoin, idk what your country have
Really everything...
we have but every country has their own version of craigslist
I loathe pedestal sinks
>odd angles make cleaning difficult

^All these.

Small bathroom with tile walls
You don't piss in your sink? I bet you have limp wrists.
Why yes I just let any Craigslist meth head off free section remove my cabinets
>how to get free labor to gut my kitchen so I can renovate and not spend money on demo crew
>how to remove old cabinets and dispose of them in one easy trick
Wtf that's so much work.
I post ads like this whenever neighbors ask me to house-sit.
1 swing's all you need
All the gays saying this is just some homeowner trying to get free work have obviously not priced cabinets recently. At a glance a cabinet shop would probably charge around $8000-$10000 for those cabinets and countertops. Maybe more if they are solid wood.
and you know why they cost that much? it's because they are custom cut for the kitchen and all of that cost goes into labor
Had a client who stiffed us on a $7,500 bill (all due to her numerous revisions and changes after we got her permit for her) while pointing out how great her $100,000 kitchen was. I'd break into her house and burn it down with her screeching inside
At this point, if boss doesn't care and it's not your money, frick it. I've seen too much of this type of shit. I hate clients. And the boss. And the subs. And this entire industry.
Had to stop using craigslist when they started requiring phone numbers.
Old posting, but lol
is it load bearing though
Yes I have been jizzing on these for years, no problemo
$1800+/- of free material is a pretty good deal. imagine the kind of soi-infused hipster morons that went to see an "art exhibit" consisting of some zigzagged drywall sheets
they're obviously divider walls to put paintings on you fricking idiot
who sees this and is like FINALLY I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO POST THIS!!!!

>CUT MY TREES FOR FREE

God that's absolutely infuriating. What made boomers like this? They are the greediest most money hungry people I have ever seen.
^This and it's a normal thing far from being just a boomer thing. It's imagined to be that because old people tend to own homes.
That rant of a description is peak CL boomer kek, I wonder what will end up happening to those trees
Nothing
>i can do it myself just FINE
>wont do it though
fricking boomers, hes probably 70 and took down a tree once 40 years ago
I could do it easily but no way that homosexual has the gear or the practice. I preload with winch cable(s) aimed via snatch blocks, cut to holding wood then drive off (the winch cannot spool as fast as driving takes up cable) and tree goes happily to ground.

>dont take them
>drop trees into their house
frick'em
https://cnj.craigslist.org/zip/d/cream-ridge-washed-dryer/7623523227.html
why dont they just leave it there for the next owner/tenant
Because frick those guys.
Because they are moronic and probably don't know that washers and dryers are considered "fixtures" and are conveyed with the property.
>washers and dryers are considered "fixtures" and are conveyed with the property.
No.

Never seen free video games before
Yeah right? Everyone wants $60 for their nintendo game chewed on by toddlers and scratched to hell.
isnt free but made me exhale through my nose audibly
That one based chick in the black baseball cap that is not sucking her gut in
Come drop a tree on my neighbors house
ahh yes.. another "I dont want to pay to have my tree cut down so ill let some sucker do it for me for free cause they get to keep all the wood" listing.
so people actually fall for this shit? like seriously. there cant be enough gullible people out there to fall for this scam
They should be hanged off that tree.
why would you cut a tree like that in a blazing hot state?
If I were to guess, they want a parking spot for their RV
To save their house. No tree should shade a house because to do so it threatens the roof. Your mistaken view is common and why boomers spend thousands on arborists. Power is cheap in the US but roofing that's any good is not.
Because a branch off of that tree is going to annihilate either his or his neighbor's roof during the next Once-in-a-Lifetime (TM) ice storm or hurricane.
One of my neighbors is trying to do that.
>"hey anon, you have a chainsaw, you can keep th-"
>"NO"
Some neighbour probably posted that that didn’t like his tree and swatted it.
I know a guy who tried to cut down his neighbour’s tree when they went on vacation.
Idiots should have cut down every tree that close to a house and never permitted regrowth. This shit always happens because fools like trees.
>My parents died and I don't want to move this beautiful, heavy, oak, amish built table.
I picked it up off facebook and had it in my kitchen in less than 2 hours
Holy shit I just bought that exact table from goodwill for $350
Wasn’t Craigslist but free shit I’ve gotten
Glockenspiel missing a key and hardware, got a replacement key off eBay and machined down a bolt to mount it
Well, I guess that's one way to get free shit...
The inside doesn't even look that bad bros
I mean if you just need a camp house for a hunting club or something that would be great and you can move a single wide with a 1/2 ton pickup
I suspect the catch is exactly how "mobile" it is, given it's been sat there long enough for a tree to grow at the hitch end. Certainly not going to be something you can just roll up to and tow off.
>you can move a single wide with a 1/2 ton pickup
You can?
you CAN do a lot of things, that doesn't mean that they should be done that way
Yeah, they weigh like 4-5 tons max. The 1/2 designation is just how much payload the truck itself can handle, not towing capacity.
I listed some free shit on craigslist and got a bunch of emails. So I picked the most normal sounding name first and responded to him yesterday. He ghosted me this morning so I called him. Turns out "I have a cell tower too close to my house."
