Chang's new ALBMs

TLDR: In march, a nerd found candid evidence of chang's new chonker ALBM – the air-launched, stendo variant of the YJ-21. Yesterday, promo media was published of china's Kinzhal equivalent, which goes by KD-21, sometimes reported as 2PZD-21.

The former generated a lot of attention for a few reasons. China first showed it off in 2022 as a new ASBM. The reason it kicks up a lot of dust is simple: the main reason for china to build missiles like these is because they'd like to be able to sink western ships and they know their cruise missiles are unlikely to do the job.

The latter is interesting because it represents a good test-case for whether china will be able to overcome its own internal bullshit in directing its MIC past the shortcomings of russian missile tech. So far, they have managed to implement loading their Kinzhal analogue from a subsonic carrier. Can they work through other issues?

So it's just a copy of Kinzhal, that thing that's just an air-launched Iskander, which is just a Russian copy of Pershing missile from the 1970s
And had been shot down on a regular basis by Patriot

utterly unrelated ballistic trajectory trash, that has as much in common with a kinzhal as does a fricking FAB1500

Pershings IIs had maneuvering RVs and there is limited evidence that Kinzals have as much down range maneuver capability.

Maybe they do, but they didn’t demonstrate it in use while trying to whack that Patriot battery.

    >During the Cold War, the average Air Force pilot flew more than 200 hours a year and often exceeded 300 hours. Our pilots made fun of their Soviet counterparts for flying half that number. Today, the average pilot flies fewer than 130 hours, while their Chinese competitors fly 200+.

No, the big fat ALBM (the news from two months ago - making this explicit because you are very stupid) is a cope for not having PGMs good enough to do the job with smaller payloads. There's a reason we aren't developing them and the chinks are. I said as much in the OP text, you illiterate fricktard.

The cause for concern is that their choice to develop them is an unambiguous signal that the yellow little dicklet homosexuals want a means to ensure they can hit big, lumbering western targets regardless of lacking any intelligent approach to doing so. There's only one use-case and that use-case is us. In chang's fantasy scenario, they have managed to isolate a relatively high-value target with relatively low AD depth, then they've spammed its AD to exhaustion, then they drop this fatass fricker on it. It's not out of the realm of possibility.

We should note such developments in the way we note seething yappy dogs. Blood loss can kill, and so can a lifetime of the hyperborean spirit being crushed by yapping.

Find a better venue for your propaganda, wumao. Or have a nice day, seriously.
