Can anyone tell me the name of a rigid/inflexible plastic with a sort of rubber texture? It's not glossy.

Mods, please move it to /wsr/ if it belongs there.

Maybe 'rubber texture' isn't the best descriptor. What I mean is that it's smooth.

are you trying to identify something you already have, or are you looking for a product to use for a project?

In either case give us more details

The latter. It's also rather dense.

so you're looking for a smooth, rigid plastic to use for a case for a keyboard. Is this case for traveling around (do you want to store it in a backpack/luggage), or is it for just storage? Purely as a box that perhaps slides together, or does it need to have stuff attached to it like hinges or a handle? Things like these affect your material selection

I'm talking about the part of a keyboard where the switches, caps, PCB etc. are all inside.

I'm shit at articulation when it comes to things I have little to no knowledge of. I also put prepositions at the end of my sentences, which is something I'm not a fan of.

Okay, you're talking about the "shell" for a keyboard, I guess I'd call it.

For such a complex shape, your available methods to DIY one is probably limited to 3d printing, in which case you're limited to the materials that your locally-available 3d printer can produce, no? I'm not a 3d printing guy but I would imagine you just get some kinds of samples of that material and see what it feels like and pick the one you like the best, doing your homework on the properties of the different materials like UV degradation and all that.

Shore hardness exists basically for classifying rubbers, you can get materials that are soft and ones that are firm.

That rubbery smooth texture is usually overmolding, they make the core out of a hard plastic like polycarbonate or ABS and coat it with something soft like PUR. If you're not planning to sell at least tens of thousands of this keyboard, it's probably not very economically viable.
