Where do you think Anderson and PSA are getting their raw forges from? Your ARs are literally made in China. It's not illegal to stamp a little square or keyhole on the side designating the forge mark, they don't have that trademarked.
Usually Cerro and Anchor Harvey which is where most of them come from. You can check, they have forge marks on them.

Some buy backs will. Some you have to bring in something better than a zip gun or slam fire shotgun because they got wise to this move. Some have tiered payouts with ass weapons getting top pay. None of them have to work. It just has to look dangerous.
