Literally everything in that picture looks brand new. Was the propagandist who directed this photoshoot really so naive as to think we wouldn't notice?
Yeah, you always have photographers standing at the end of a firing line where everyone is standing up shooting, a few feet from one another, when in close quarters combat.
You must be just like sherlock holmes, only stupid and non-observant.
>what is training/weapons familiarization
When we trained Saudis and Kuwaitis we used brand spanking new Colts and Olympic Arms AR15s that were seldom fired. It's very clear from the photo it's a training course and a firing line, you put way too much stock in a random user's Twitter quip and poorfag cope.
They also hate on things that have been battle proven and adopted by the US military. They are a contrarian bunch of retards that follow the tripfags posts like it's gospel.
Doesn't H&K own all G11 prototypes in their private museum that Ian from forgotten weapon was luckily enough to go to and there is like only like 2-3 working models?
they only get driven long enough to make it on the battlefield where they are promptly blown up so the 3 ukranian army mechanics dont really have a job honestly they spend most of their time playing nintendo
I also have been quite curious about this. This entire war is a massive romping ground for a lot of western weaponry and equipment, I'd earnestly love to hear some "reviews" on the various weapons Ukrainians have used, like their broad enjoyment of PZH2000s and IIRC Aussie Bushmasters and the comparison video where a Ukrainian talks about the preference for American grenades as opposed to French ones.
I love heterodoxity in arms in a game, so some future Ukraine wars vidya will be nice for the sheer variance of arms. But I can't fucking fathom how agonizing it must be in real life:
"Hey what's Ukraine's service rifle during this war" >Yes
He’s the only guy in the line of troops with an AR. Maybe that’s his personal rifle but I’ve never heard of Anderson exporting to Europe.
Checked but there is more. There are FNCs, SCARs of both H and Ls, FALs, M14s, .308 galils, VZ-58s, and CZ BRENs and much much more.
Then there’s machine guns like FN MAGS, M240s, RPDs, DPMs, RPKs, MG3s, MG-42s, UK-59s and more.
Then there’s other small arms like pistols, marksman rifles, etc.
thankfully Ukraine is sending some antiquated small arms to rear line troops and territorials while sending more useful stuff to frontline units and finally the nice and expensive weapons and equipment to special forces and higher tier troops respectively. But all of this is military surplus and if a gun goes broke, they’re probably plenty of parts leftover or Verona guns might be sent back for their respective factories for repairs. At worst they’re tossed aside and a AK or AR will replace them.
Rifle doesn't work?
Not a rifle officially in inventory for spares and repair?
No obvious easy fix?
Throw it on the pile and grab a new one.
Pretty easy.
>COD MW2 (2009) >Russia has Tavors, F2000's, FAL's and God knows what else >real life >Russia has a streamlined arsenal because it can't afford anything else
I've been thinking this for awhile, but NATO should just standardize on psa ARs with Anderson lowers. It would meet the needs of most soldiers and you could just buy Gucci shit for the people who have to do a lot of shooting.
as hard as any other firearm, you need a loicense for that, sporting or collector's, both are fine, so here's what you need to do to get either of these >sign to sports or collector's club (easy) >pass theoretical and practical exam (doable, sport's one is easier IMO) >some paperwork >psychological evaluation >background check >loicense granted
now you have to buy a gun safe and can buy whatever you want: SBRs, suppressors, handguns, rifles (on sports only up to 12mm, collectors can buy 50 cal)
the other issue is that ARs are pretty expensive compared to the US. This anderson is like 1k USD. I paid for my IWI Zion around 1,6k USD (which retails for around 800 in the US).
Literally everything in that picture looks brand new. Was the propagandist who directed this photoshoot really so naive as to think we wouldn't notice?
they're clearly in some kind of training, why wouldn't everything be new?
its a twitter screencap thread what did you expect?
Also my first AR will be that since I like pistons like my ds arms.
>since I like pistons
Why do you think it's a piston AR upper?
Yeah, you always have photographers standing at the end of a firing line where everyone is standing up shooting, a few feet from one another, when in close quarters combat.
You must be just like sherlock holmes, only stupid and non-observant.
yes, garden gnomes have no shame. and they know the majority of NPCs who will see this propaganda have no idea how guns work
>bronze lco
>protective glass

Shes holding an Airsoft gun.
That’s not even a real gun
>Literally everything in that picture looks brand new.
what's wrong with new recruits having uhhh new gear?
This only happens in Russia for photo ops, you see.
> new gear for new soldier looks new
What a mind blower
Why wouldn’t new troops who are training have new gear?
their coatings are that good. keep coping moron
You are dumb
>huuur why aren't they using a rusty ak from the 1950s? Clearly this is faked!!!1!!!one!
the absolute state of the Russian supply chain
Is that a holosun I notice? Someone do a wellness check on /arg/.
How new?
Don't the gucci fags on /arg/ bitch and moan that holosuns aren't "combat proven"?
They also hate on things that have been battle proven and adopted by the US military. They are a contrarian bunch of retards that follow the tripfags posts like it's gospel.
Yes, and there was a lot of holosun and strike eagle spam. They basically said cool, Gucci stuff is still better, especially for night vision.
If you look closely you can see that those are imported PSA AKs
>Fielding ARs, AKs, MCXs, F2000s, Tavors and god only knows what else
If I were a Ukrainian small arms repairman I would just fucking kill myself
Wait till Germany sends them their stock of never issued G-11 that they made it the 80s lol
>leo 2s advancing on t72 and bmp 1 formation covered by g11 equipped infantry and Gerards
>Your squad gets assisted by TDF in BTRs wielding Baltic M14s and the drivers have Vz-61s
Doesn't H&K own all G11 prototypes in their private museum that Ian from forgotten weapon was luckily enough to go to and there is like only like 2-3 working models?
daily reminder that another youtuber made a video about the g11 a month before ian
>23rd November
>25th December
Sheesh... the amount of parts this thing has. The internals look like the internals of a Swiss watch or like a German coocoo clock.
Imagine being a Ukrainian vehicle repairman
A bunch of those are BMP1 based that's not so bad
I'm sure Hanz remembered to throw a repair manual in the crate before they shipped em, I wouldn't worry about it.
The vehicles are repaired by non-combatant civilian contractors from their country of origin. This has been discussed to death and this meme is dumb.
they only get driven long enough to make it on the battlefield where they are promptly blown up so the 3 ukranian army mechanics dont really have a job honestly they spend most of their time playing nintendo
Brazil has pledged its remaining stocks of .44 Henry 1883 Nagant Revolvers kek
I would be extremely happy, imagine getting to work on all those different guns, dream job right there.
Ukraine must have a bunch of Tokarevs in the metro
and FALs
The right arm of the furry world
UwU
It needs some fuzzy dice hanging off the front
Looks comfy in the winter
I’m really curious as to what equipment Ukraine will end up keeping in the long term once the war is over.
I also have been quite curious about this. Honestly wouldn’t be that bad. It’s not like you have spare parts for all of those and managing inventory
He’s the only guy in the line of troops with an AR. Maybe that’s his personal rifle but I’ve never heard of Anderson exporting to Europe.

No one is surviving long enough these days for there to be any repairing.
The ebil roooskis stole that "operators" boolets and sheit.
100% propaganda post
I wouldn't call the Poverty Pony "battle proven" just yet.
>BATTLE PROVEN
looks like they are training and then will get the DD or BCM when out in the front
cope
>DD
The only dd they will experience on the front line is Dmitri's dong in their ass.
No they won’t. Because in high intensity warfare, it’s not economical to provide grunts with anything but the basic budget stuff.
where magazine
god this makes me so fucking angry
They're being used for what they're made for (war) instead of collecting dust in some boomer's safe.
they could have collected dust in my safe.
And now they will be used to shoot at russians
Firearms being given new life to slot russkies?
Get a grip. Boomer collectors are the worst consooomers there are.
You'd never be able to import a balt M14 in the first place. They're select fire dumb dumb
is for make close target look far so you may snipe at close range Vasily, you would not understand.
It's a lpvo you dunce, they have a very small diameter objective lens.
I've been thinking this for awhile, but NATO should just standardize on psa ARs with Anderson lowers. It would meet the needs of most soldiers and you could just buy Gucci shit for the people who have to do a lot of shooting.
this exact model of anderson is very popular in Poland, I guess in ukraine too and it's somebody's private rifle
So how hard is it to get an AR in Poland?
as hard as any other firearm, you need a loicense for that, sporting or collector's, both are fine, so here's what you need to do to get either of these

anderson lower with quality upper is objectively the best way to build an AR
