Never was an issue with the ejection.
The issue was with extraction with .308 rifles.
Fix was a wider extractor and more gas piston adjustments.

The front handguard is still complete shit. If they had a one piece top optics rail and the gun weighed the same as an equivalent AR and actually worked as well then I think it would be a good gun.
