I doubt it's gonna be just H145M, especially now with a defense minister who listens to the soldiers more. AH-1Z Viper has been in the talks too, Bell even offered license production in Germany. Or a Tiger upgrade, or Apache.
it needs to be upgraded, and that's gonna be pretty expensive, which is why a replacement is under consideration
but the upgrade hasn't been ruled out either as far as I understand

NL (and Germany too) are using a bunch of American systems, mainly missiles and aircraft, while land equipment + naval stuff is mostly European/German/Dutch
but yes obviously it makes sense to standardize
Germany is getting CH-47 which NL already operates
Germany is getting F-35 which NL already operates too
both are using NH90
both are using PzH 2000, Boxer, Fennek, Leo 2
both will be building new frigates together (F127)

what kind of systems? I don't see the point. The point of the Tiger is to keep Euro military helo industry capabilities alive. If it's just about getting a working product, may as well buy American but lose the domestic capabilities.

Probably the best overall attack heli, with a lot more maneuverability than people on here think, but still very fragile and vulnerable to ground fire. That, and most nations are complacent with how they're utilized, thinking it's still GWOT
