I use stealth gear hybrids because I got tired of stick a Sub-Zero temp gun in my pants and freezing my ball off in the winter.
The non kydex side is a bit concerning when I bought my first holster. But it is very stiff and tried to fire it by pushing the backer into the trigger and was never able to get it to fire.
>Are hybrid
There's no such thing as a hybrid holster. It's just a holster in a different style or different features. Do you want anti cant features? Or do you want slim dicknnut shooting apendix holster?
Because you're suppose to carry a striker action pistol with no safety because any competent firearm owner will be able to draw 100% safely every time in every scenario, but at the same time you can't be trusted to fire a double action competently or disengage a thumb safety.
Why the frick not? Also, based on your own logic, doesn't having a manual safety actually benefit you in the case that someone else takes your gun from you, since in the rush and the fact that they may have never even handled a gun before they won't be able to fire it right away and give you a chance to stop them? Might save your life, and all you have to do is just not be a moron and train with your gun.
Yeah because that's how moronic the argument is. Also people never mention both safeties and drawing like that because of how obvious a contradiction it is.
Massad Ayoob claims that magazine disconnects have saved officer lives, since they've been able to drop the mag and effectively render the gun inoperable before the aggressor got control of it.
>change the direction of object as much as 90 degrees while someone is trying to point it the opposite direction
or >press one fricking button on said object
not sure if no guns or just literally never wrestled before.

Your hand has to be on the grip to do it though. If your hand is on the grip the muzzle is probably pretty close to their body. Even if it's not you should have way more leverage on the gun because you have the grip. Also, the safety isn't a problem for you, it's a problem for your enemy if they eventually get it. The point was they may step back and go "AHA!" and try to fire at you but the gun won't work because the safety is on and they're moronic, and that lets you engage again without being shot.

He sat on his thumbs and let the world pass him by. And he was fine with that.
Frick Ayoob.
And anybody that worhips him.
Jesus you're moronic. He wrote something in the 80's that isn't applicable today so you don't like him? 1911s and revolvers being the only gins for CC clearly isn't his opinion anymore.

You're right, now that he shills for Wilson combat, only 1911s and their beretta 92 custom job are the only things he thinks you should carry.

tl;dr yes
long answer: yeeeesssssssss
They are the worst of both worlds. I have one from about 10 ish years ago that i cannot give away. Going full kydex, CAVEAT: WITH A REINFORCED CC BELT was life changing and the best thing done ever for carrying.

Hybrid means leather and kydex. I'm not a fan since they tend to get pretty loose over time.
ehh while they work they are the best in terms of comfort but the leather part does degrade over time. youll still get a few years of use.
Guns that shoot you in the leg are dogshit. I can put my double action revolver in almost any holster not have a panic attack about it shooting me.

I was being sarcastic, although I can understand why it didn't come off that way with how long and tedious it was.
>"It was sarcastic!"
>Post was word for word an argument people unironically make against using manual safeties without a hint of irony

I don't know how you have enough control of your gun to drop the mag but not enough control to shoot the dude wrestling you in the chest.
