If you launch tens of thousands of sorties like the US, I expect some accidents. However, if you launch only a few hundred sorties, and this shit still happens frequently...
just remember the important fact anon. Just 30 years earlier they were magically completely different and just a evil version of USA military. Specially according to those standing outside of it!
After we invented and deployed computer technology in our weapons we had the edge, but in the era before smart weapons the USSR would have overrun everyone, and that mindset is what the leaders of the early computer age grew up with.
Doubtful. Do you really think that the MIC -just- started exaggerating Russian capabilities in the last couple of decades? That all during the cold war they were totally honest about it all and the Soviets totes could have held the fricking US West Coast if Congress hadn't given the mil and R&D firms higher funding every year?
Hypothetically speaking, these things happen.
What's amazing is that they are disproportionally likely to happen with Vatniks.
I.e. it's not that they have a lot of aviation-related accidents, but they have a lot of them proportionally speaking.
I was talking about military aviation.
Civilian aviation... let's just say everyone in my family has avoided using it during Soviet times due to knowing people who work there. And we're intent to keep up the tradition when it comes to Russian civilian aviation (and not just because I have an insider's view of what goes on in there).
Not much to talk about. Russian corruption of the ICAO is as massive as their corruption of every other international organization - from the UN, to the Red Cross, to IAEA. Flying with Russian lines was a risk at the best of times, and even more so now that they've dropped all pretenses of ICAO compliance by outright stealing leased aircraft and canibalising them for parts so they can continue to fly other stolen aircraft.
the snow Black folk literally peaked when they appointed this delicious petite sex slave as head of Crimea. i remember fapping furiously to her little pink butthole.
I'll give them props, they had me fooled since the Georgian invasion in 2007(?).

to >"LOL russia"
>average Russian thinks a BAC of 4.0 is 'only light buzz'
Pretty sure you meant 0.40 ... but, I've lived in East Europe with heavy concentrations of vatniks. If 4.00 is physically possible, there's a vatnik somewhere who has pulled it off.
I remember a news story while I was there. I think it was Lithuania, they picked up a vatnik truck driver who seemed to be having problems keeping his rig in between the lines. His blood test came back something insane like a 0.43 or 0.48. Literal medical doctors remain puzzled to this day that he was alive, and he was operating a truck. Somehow. I know the press was having fun with the story and the hyperbole surrounding it, but the claim was being made that, medically, he should have literally been dead before that was possible. I was working with Latvians at the time, some who had served in the USSR military, and they were all very well familiar with alcohol abuse beyond the imagination of most westerners. Even they were shocked and found the story remarkable enough to make jokes about it for a couple of years afterward.

That is a Ukrainian city of Belgorod.
It will be soon enough.
>be Russian
>get JDAM'd
has the civil war already begun?
how does this even happen anyway
You have to remember that russians are pretty bad at their jobs. They managed to crash into a apartment building in russia at one point.
Yep
Could you imagine what that guy is thinking at that moment? You've just crashed a jet into apartment building, a lot of people may be dead but you assumingly survive. Are you blessed or are you cursed in this case?
I mean even thought it's his own country I'm imagining he hopes the people who find him don't live in the apartment building.
Talking about that, did we ever find out who these guys were? I wonder if they just kinda got shunned or something?
Considering how it happened right after take off, it was probably mechanical failure. Russia also doesn't have enough pilots to shun.
"Not my problem."
As the book says, we ate both blessed and cursed.
What fricking book?
Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers

you are an experienced pilot now and you may ask for a raise
>Russian
There's only less or more cursed
No such thing as a blessed Russian

I don't understand /k/. I-I really don't.
How come the vatniks always find a a way to prove that they are worse then we think they are?
Because they haven't received decadent western philosophy like "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt."
Takes one to know one
Holy fricking shit hat0 deboonkkked
Just today they also sank KA-52 with its pilot and flipped S-400. You gotta stop thinking that they can't get more moronic.
The answer to the classic "WHERE IS S400?"
>Just today they also sank KA-52 with its pilot
Wat?
Did they mistake a pond for a helipad?
How does one accidently sink a helicopter?
My dude, mistakes happen all the time in war and shit. The only thing is we have the internet now.
If you launch tens of thousands of sorties like the US, I expect some accidents. However, if you launch only a few hundred sorties, and this shit still happens frequently...
Didn’t the air campaign of Desert Storm use literally tens of thousands of sorties and had no major frickups? Lmfao
They did not drink vodka daily tho.
Well yeah but that depends if you count blowing up the British and sometimes American armor counts as major frick ups.
Why did they fly over their big cities?

And then consider the fact that the average Russian thinks a BAC of 4.0 is 'only light buzz'.
Forgot pic
Do they still have boxes of those near the checkout in their grocery stores? At least at some point they were selling vodka bottles like Coca-Cola.
eurogay here, it's not that unusual to see sixpacks of vodka, rum or wine standing in the spirits section
Nu-Russian standard is pretty bad.

So is this a maneuver to get Russia to move Air Defense from frontlines to Belgorod?
Russia bombed Belgorod with their "JDAM"-FAB1500
is this loss?
motherfricker.... it's close enough for Russian work at least
It was supposed to be but
>Russians
they're doing nukes now?
why do nato attack russian mainland now?

Are they supposed to do that?

I have heard that healthcare is significantly underfunded in Russia today, more so than it was 15 years ago.
god i think russians are worse than Black folk.
Nigeria with snow afterall
Russians are pretty much fair skinned Black folk, with less urban crime but 700% more rape.

Was about to say. Probably an ESL underpaid intern. Or a Pajeet.
VatBlack folk use diversity hires as whataboutism way too frequently, but they're not wrong that diversity hiring has ruined Western journalism.
I don't think anyone outside of Russia has ever put "respectable" and "the sun" in the same sentence.

why does this random russian city look nicer than almost any town or city in britain?
Belgorod is a Oblast capital and I imagine they only bombed the nice parts

Sure I hate when there is a...a....an abnormal descent of aviation ammunition. Yes, that's a bother.
No ERA on land? Fricking vatniks, I swear to god. They don't even know the current meta.

Truly asking the hard questions.
do not redeem
Yall laughing, forgetting the US almost nuked itself
Technically, The US nuked the shit out of Nevada. The bomb dropped in Goldsboro, NC would have improved the area had it actually went off.
We almost nuked Spain too
No "almost" buddy, two of the bombs detonated. Almeria still has radioactive snails since that frickup.
>two of the bombs detonated
> two NUCLEAR bombs
> "detonated"
Oh god it’s starting to get good again, I thought it had peaked with the Moskva
full length video of abnormal derailment of aviation ammunition

sure looks like no casualties, another glorious outcome of pussia
These guys are so eager to blow up civilians they can't even wait to get to Ukraine.
that fricking guy that drove over it right before it went off is soooo lucky. he was almost LAUNCHED
Lol is the car that gets launched into air on? The headlights look on and it lights up the building in the back for a second.
Delayed fuse or just shit Russian ammo?
what is a delayed fuse bomb? Describe a scenario where that would be beneficial besides an armor piercing bomb which does not behave like this.
Black person-rigged bunker buster. Goes through several floors, finally blows up after a few seconds, taking down the whole building.
Thanks. Ive seen videos of this from the end of ISIS when they were bombing their cities but the bombs explode almost instantly still. This must have been a bomb for a 80 floor building or really shitty bomb.
it was delay fuze
