Suicide via drowning is rare and almost always someone jumping off a bridge or purposely going out into water knowing they can't swim. Bath tub drowning suicides are almost unheard of. Normal human reaction is to keep yourself alive and thus the urge to lift your head slightly above water and take a breath is very hard to fight. She wouldve just OD'd if she wanted to kill herself, she could've easily gotten any drugs she wanted I'm sure. She just fell asleep/passed out and drowned.
