I think they've been sitting around as nice finished basement no one uses TVs/guest room TVs for years and they're finally getting replaced. I second also being pissed at my family for chucking old computer monitors since they had all our old icons and backgrounds burned in (serious time-capsule btw); we used them nonstop. At least we still have the computers AFAIK but one may be missing which I have since found out may have contained an old intel 486 or similar.

I just wanted to type the word because I enjoy it and enjoy hearing it from Wolfenstein. I have no idea who actually owned it before but the all-matching serial numbers is honesty. It would be cool to know the history, though.

Hell no I may have pissed you off but I was just being a bit of a smuggly writing the OP. Didn’t mean to annoy you, anon. Definitely didn’t get my gun from family either. I just got it from the gun show in town a few years back. I actually got it from an old man who also gave me a swastika flag (more of a banner IMO) and actually sold it to some memorabilia store online that I googled because money was tight. I regret my action back then but this September I’m getting a sum of money back in my pocket so I’m looking to buy an actual bit ass banner that was even bigger than my last one. I miss the deep red color of seeing it. The shop I sold it to is gone from Google now but it appears some new ones have popped up since then.

for 3rd Reich items, Lugers, and K98s they have all gone up significantly. Been collecting for 15+ years and never seen prices dip sadly.

i don't plan on having kids. I think when I'm around 50 I'll start going to militaria shows, setting up a table and selling it for -75% retail to young collators,

If you want a WWII hobby get into model building, reenacting, etc is what I'd suggest. Too many shit head sellers, scammers, fake items, "good ole boys" clubs, etc
