You literally can not buy one.
There's a handful of L98A1 Cadet GP rifles in private hands in Britain, plus a very small number of the commerical production L85A1s held by some Section 5 certificate holders. As the L98A1 is essentially a RSAF Enfield built L85 without a gas system and given a straight pull mechanism, I'd say it counts more.
That said, basically as a fun project, sure I can see the point. But you'd be better off doing a replica. Sure, as a rifle, this is better but people don't want these sort of guns because of their performance, they want to own rifles that they can't normally own.

There's already plenty of good bullpup rifles available on the American market, and even if you explicitly want an AR-18 action bullpup, there's several that already exist. No body who wants a rifle purely for function or target or sport or such would want explictly this or an L85 replica when there's already rifles out there that do the exact same thing. This is for aesthetic and collectors.
Also I'm not saying it's a bad thing to have a rifle that appeals to that market, but if you are appealing to it, why not go all in?
The same reason the MOD is doing piecemeal replacements with AR pattern rifles as L85s get clapped out and NATO farts around with deciding to ditch 5.56, it's really fricking expensive to make these things unless you go all in with a big production run.

While using a system that’s proven to be excellent so far. It’ll be funny if PSA accidentally invents one of the best bullpups. The cherry on top will be if the .308 JAKL will get the same treatment and mog the desert tech. 5.56 bullpups are neat and all but .308 is the far wider usage of the platform. Either way, sooner or later all will have to submit to Total Palmetto Victory
Just to make it clear this is not the PSA bullpup, its am independent development and seemingly primarily for the BRN 180 but will work with the JAKL

Even if it's not too close, it plain just looks good, better than most other conversions for sure. The handguard bridges the gap between the lower and upper and other versions without it look much worse.
This is the only BRN-180 or derivative I’ve ever paid any attention to at all, but it does look very good on its own.
What’s the handguard pattern? Any chance of being able to slap an L85A3 rail on there?
