There are literally thousands of foreign volunteers with the Ukrainians, most are Canadian, U.S and British guys who served
Special forces are kinda meaningless when it comes to straight up infanteering. They're not significantly better than regular well trained infantry at that and it's a waste to use them as such, something that's been proved repeatedly since and during WW2.
If Ukraine had hundreds or even thousands of guys like that, they'd be using them for deep penetration raids or supporting partisan operations. And some of them would be captured, and Russia damn sure would display them for the news like those poor dumb bastards in Mariupol, or the British aid workers they straight up kidnapped. But that's not happening.
Why can't you just cope with the fact that Ukraine is fighting better than Russia? It actually happens quite often in war, the underdogs knows it's the underdog, so they try to come up with better strategies to offset their lack of conventional power.

Having NATO intelligence at their disposal is what allows the Ukrainians to uncannily hit all these targets. Kyiv is probably crawling with MI6 and CIA operators providing up-to-the-minute Intel updates to the Ukrainian military.
