First deploy of Hypersonic cruise missile in the world. Opinions?
more evidence that russia will collapse in 2 more week, we westoids won't ever have to get our hands dirty regarding russia
100 bucks says it will either capsize, the crew will get drunk and scuttle it or the missile will blow up inside it for no discernible reason.
seethe posting
why did they wait until now to use it
It was just finished after ten years of work
I'm not even kidding holy frick
>4,500 ton frigate, keel laid in 2012
Only just finished and it is useless in the conflict unless they transport it over land to the Caspian Sea or Black Sea. As you can't fire missiles over foreign countries. So him being in the Atlantic is just Russia 'flexing'. And it'll be shadowed all the way.
The hilarious part is they actually think a single frigate is enough to be taken seriously as a presence patrol.
No reason not to have a submarine shadow it, which is gonna be pretty standard.
Oh I'm not disagreeing, it's just adorable that this is what the supposed 2nd greatest military in the world thinks is somehow a flex.
Time to deploy the Tic-tac again
imagine the smell
Ok and?
Zircon's hypersonic properties are almost certainly bullshit propaganda, given they've never actually demonstrated them with any more data than, "It went hypersonic, trust us bro" just like how S-400 has a 100% success rate in tests. Furthermore, the irony of the missile having the same name as a diamond substitute is palpable.
I would also say that this is 1 (one) frigate that is almost certainly being shadowed by NATO assets, it's not a problem. Everyone knows where it is. Do you know where NATOs nuclear submarines are BTW?
Its also allowed to sail in intl waters, if Russians think that is some kind of show of force, they need to get a grip or stop being paranoid.
And if Moskva reports are anything to go by, half of those weapons and ELINT systems are just for show anyway at a generous guess
unlimite cope. Nato shills will never accept Russia and China already have hypersonic missiles in service and Nato doesn´t.
You honestly believe people who make claims like this?
>source
>your ass
You do realize that America has multiple simultaneous hypersonic weapons programs going on all at once right? America has more successful hypersonic weapons than Russia and China have put together.
hypersonic missiles are fricking memes anyway
subhuman troll
Yes they will believe anything, like the J20 with its magic 0% failure rate. Just hide and deny, make claims however you like, and screech "cope cope cope" at every well researched/informed rebuttal. Works with brainwashed political slaves.
As for "hypersonic missile", it is a dubious, near-meaningless term (except that it can reach some meaningless Mach number, and uses a ram/scramjet, but then has to be accelerated to supersonic speeds using a conventional carrier missile). Until it is actually deployed in action I see it as pointless, meanwhile you have HIMARS rockets going through S-400 defenses like a hot knife through butter.
The fact that Moskva got sunk using Ukrainian subsonic cruise missiles shows they are far, far from "obsolete". It is one thing to show off something new and shiny looking and sounding, but another to produce large quantities of it.
And then Ukrainian frogmen place a ton of mines on its hulls and make it go "BOOM".
more impotent seethe posting. lol
You seriously don't think "an accident" awaits this big scary ship sooner or later?
Ukrainians are the same guys who blew up the Moskva.
>Russhit missiles
cope picture
Cope more
Be a shame if something were to happen to it
Underrated
Please stop. You're going to get the Russkies to start shooting at fishing trawlers again.

Its weird that my ass looks a lot like a shitskin newspaper
Oh and the render of "Zircon" on the left image is what the US prototype looks like, you can just about see the front end of it on the B-52 to the right
It's just another ballistic missile from the 1970s with a new name like the kinzel.
>ballistic
go back to plebbit
>"haha time to send our sniper to cqc the enemy forces since he is our best trained soldier"
>First deploy of Hyperson
The US has deployed hypersanics for 50 fricking years you utter poltroon
And Zircon is a FAKE literally the only evidence for it is a shitty video clip shown on Russian state TV years ago
What will be the cope if a zircon gets intercepted by a fricking NASAMS?
>develop highly advanced hypersonic maneuverable anti-ship missile
>use it in a war against a nation with no navy to blow up playgrounds and apartment buildings
if this stupid piece of shit missile worked they wouldve rolled it in their own borders and pointed it at ukraine already, not loaded it onto some fricking boat across the world so they could wave their dicks a little.
Not to mention actually firing the thing at NATO would just hasten their demise and that's if the missiles even work in the first place.
>hypersanics
do we even have a vid or pic of Zincron? Does it have mid course data link? How does it do terminal guidance?
All we get is mystery vls smoke plumes and pictures of the Boeing waverider with Zincron slapped on it.
Nobody cares, Armatard.
