Even GM level competition shooters with a race gun and a fast draw belt holster that no one would consider using outside the range wouldn't be able to pull that off.
Anon, the correct way for handling these no win situations is to avoid them in the first place rather than trying to think up better ways to lose. Otherwise you may as well be talking about training parkour rolls to increase your chance of survival in the event that you get thrown from a vehicle during an accident.

I don’t think 7 BBCs would be a problem for 5 BMCs (big magnum cartridges)
Depending on the cartridge, one can score double kills if they all charge at you
Unlike 9mm where you'd have to mag dump just to be sure even a few of them would be dead for sure, a hefty revolver round will take them out

In the case with the guy in India going against 4 attackers with pipes, the issue was his lack of commitment. If you frick around with your gun and are iffy about using it, you risk your attacker not taking it seriously. The same thing happened in that case a while back where the girl's 10 round mag wasn't enough.
In the second case where the guy chooses to involve himself while walking past and gets into a firefight, his gun's capacity didn't matter because both attackers were on top of him before he even used all 6, with one managing to wrestle his gun away from him after the 6th shot. If anything, this is probably one of those rare cases that people use to justify magazine safeties on autoloaders.
The fact that out of the thousands of self defense videos that John has seen, the best one he could find to demonstrate six shots "not being enough" involves a Brazilian off duty cop intervening in a robbery and walking away alive kind of shows that realistically 6 shots is enough.
