no not invisible. Just makes a jet look like its the size of a bird on radar. So either too small to notice or too small to lock onto
radars have to filter "noise" and there are limited tools to do so, the main trick has been to simply use size of detection
stealth technology works to make the "radar cross section" (RCS) fall below that size of detection, which does make it effectively invisible, because the machine itself will filter out the signal and no human eyes will see it
even if you use clever tricks to get around some of this, your range is still limited by turbulence and refraction, and the RCS modern (=USA) stealth planes is so small that your portable 100km radar system can't see it until it's within 5km (and therefore within HARM range), and your fancy 2000km over-the-horizon radar literally can't see it due to cosmic background noise

Yaw control surfaces are becoming obsolete with the advent of fly-by-wire systems using high speed computation, forward control surfaces and thrust vectoring. Vertical stabilizers make aircraft more detectable by newer SAM systems like S-400.
