I don't know, I'm not a European military planner, but if I had to guess I'd say it's because there's a real risk that if one country gives all their armaments there is a very real chance that that alone wont be enough to make a meaningful difference and will only draw the ire of Russia.
Given Swedens close proximity to Russia, and the fact that they are not a NATO member, I can understand that they would be hesitant to hand over the majority of their inventory even if it goes to a good cause.

The whole point of the Swedish military even in wartime would be to go reinforce Finland and fire anti-ship missiles from the nearby archipelagos. The Swedes very much understand that they can outsource the infrastructural damage to Finland during a war which is why the Swedish military is built to be like a very short range expeditionary force. If the Russians decided to go full moron the Swedish marines would land in the Åland islands together with Finnish marines and just spam all the anti-ship missile and anti-air systems they could and sever the baltic sea to St. Petersburg and then send their mechanized forces to Finnish Lapland to prevent pushes towards Sweden.

Yeah, same impression here and this was like 4-5 months back,now the qulity of their troops must be getting even worse.
Very rare comunication with command, no clear NCO leaders on the ground taking the initiative and they are all passive as frick when they got hit in that m113 and just sat there on the side of the mini-ravine just getting shelled and shot at.No calls to where they are getting shot from,barely any communication no clear chain of command.
And this is the 3rd assualt brrigade, one of their better equiped and trained units and they are already looking like russian mobiks both in capability and mentality.
Chances are most of their units are much worse off than this.This war will clearly be won by volume of fire and the number of troops.

yeah from what I've gathered by informing myself and watching footage, interviews and actually chatting with some foreigners that went there, I'd say the supply situation is shit aside from small arms and frags, I've seen some gur teams ig page (they're platoon sized elements that assault trenches to clear them and then hand them over to mobiks that hold them), and they're always begging from money to buy basic shit, like a soft skinned pickup because they said in an AMA they did that they dont even have transportation.
all interviews say they dont have casevac and you have to walk yourself some km back if you're able to, otherwise you're fricked unless some good samaritan carries you.
training seems pretty lacking, in western militaries you do 4 months just for basic and then more specialized, but even a cut down version would be some months, like 2 idk, but i think these guys just get a couple weeks of training, like weapons familiarization (shooting and cleaning, how to use frags), how to apply tqs, some basic recommendations and then they go, on the foreign legion website it formally says that it is 2 weeks.
also from what I've seen the casualty rate is very high, if you hear the tales in the interviews, almost every event (assault/defence/being shelled etc) has at least 1 casualty but usually 2 or 3, per squad that is, so imagine repeating that over and over.

Nco's are there so there's one voice and one objective everyone's focused on rather than the whole squad shouting. Communicating is good, but if no one person is the guy you're all supposed to listen to, no one's going to know exactly what to do at any given moment. Even if he's just there to say the obvious, it still helps. They're also there to tell them what NOT to do, like when that guy early in the video said "cover me I'm going to try and get closer". An nco would (should) hear that and say "lolnah broesef, you sit your happy ass down or you take a buddy". You see them later on in the vid mention going in twos
you should looke up the drake shooting method developed in the sadf. were assualting through cover they would pre shoot all the spots an enemy combatant would likely be at.
if a right handed shooter is firing at you from the prone behind a tree you would pre shoot the left bottom area of the tree.

yeah from what I've gathered by informing myself and watching footage, interviews and actually chatting with some foreigners that went there, I'd say the supply situation is shit aside from small arms and frags, I've seen some gur teams ig page (they're platoon sized elements that assault trenches to clear them and then hand them over to mobiks that hold them), and they're always begging from money to buy basic shit, like a soft skinned pickup because they said in an AMA they did that they dont even have transportation.
all interviews say they dont have casevac and you have to walk yourself some km back if you're able to, otherwise you're fricked unless some good samaritan carries you.
training seems pretty lacking, in western militaries you do 4 months just for basic and then more specialized, but even a cut down version would be some months, like 2 idk, but i think these guys just get a couple weeks of training, like weapons familiarization (shooting and cleaning, how to use frags), how to apply tqs, some basic recommendations and then they go, on the foreign legion website it formally says that it is 2 weeks.
also from what I've seen the casualty rate is very high, if you hear the tales in the interviews, almost every event (assault/defence/being shelled etc) has at least 1 casualty but usually 2 or 3, per squad that is, so imagine repeating that over and over.
