Minimum standards for even the basic b***h static security (gate guard) is 3-5 years LEO/MIL exp. Mid tier requires deployment experience. The nice jobs want at least TS/SCI and preferably SOF experience. The top tier jobs require all that plus schools like SOTIC, SOC-M, etc
