I'm not the sort to call out anyone's collection, everybody has their own taste. But if you want me to honesty rate a collection I'd put a bunch of random milsurp in the same category as a bunch of glocks and ARs.
In my opinion there are two hallmarks of a good collection: either quality or autism. There either need to be some really interesting rare or high-end pieces (quality), or some kind of theme that the collection completes, like "all the Colt Snake Guns" or "every variant of the M1 Garand" (autism). A random assemblage of misc guns with no theme and nothing exceptional isn't a "collection", it's just your guns.

lel maybe up until the early or mid 2010s it was easier to collect milsurp, but after the Sandy Vag panic died down ARs were dirt cheap and they stayed that way. The $5000 KAC shit is just Instagram peacocking, and that can scale up arbitrarily. Why stop at that? A collection full of transferable MGs would demonstrate that you have more disposable income, and a collection of post '86 dealer samples would demonstrate that you have enough money to start a business, possibly just as a front to buy guns. But there's a point of diminishing returns where actual discussion becomes pretty sparse because not many people have six or seven figures to spend flexing online. inb4 it's based and redpilled, what it is is pretty antithetical to the spirit of old PrepHole, which had plenty of poorfag shit to balance out the richfags.
