Why does every gun store site have an 18+ warning now?

Even the small rando LGS's have this warning now.

Good, the internet should be destroyed. It's the worst absolute fucking poison that has ever been unleashed on mankind and can only be used for evil. It always drives me nuts when I see schizos and pol chuds arguing about why society is so miserable nowadays and how things were somehow more "normal" a few decades ago and they fail to see the absolute largest change mankind has undergone in the past few decades vs "uhhhhh...it's because...BROWN PEOPLE"

And I guarantee at least one retard will reply to this angrily completely oblivious to the fact that he's addicted to this absolute mind warping toxic pit of a website with
      >NOOO YOU CANT TAKE AWAY MY ARTIFICIAL FORM OF SOCIAL INTERACTION

tl;dr go outside and shoot your guns vs arguing with people about them online in an echo chamber

California changed. They passed a law banning exposing minors to firearms information of any kind, and will sue/charge people in other states for it because lol lmao even. The warning is a legal boilerplate to protect the site from CA DOJ being assholes because while the cases would be thrown out of court eventually, they still need to lawyer up (or default because lol CA civil courts) and shit's charged by the hour. Better to have some boilerplate to get the charges thrown out in five cheap minutes rather than five expensive months.

Because they know it's complete bullshit but that people will have to spend money on lawyers to fight it off. It was never meant to be enforceable, the whole idea was to destroy all freedoms everywhere through bankruptcy. Because California.

I hate California so much it's unreal. I wish the entire state would break off of the continental United States and fall into the Pacific Ocean already.

This will never realistically happen, especially not in your lifetime. Stop wishing for things and start doing things.

I bet Kim Jong Un $500 in mcdonalds hamburgers that he can't nuke California. I double down with $500 of in-and-out if he does it in the next 6 months.

How does one realistically break off California from the rest of the US and sink it? Maybe get Hank Johnson in here for some ideas?

Just like with porn sites, its just in case to not get sued by some states like California. Its basically like a product from California having "cancer labels" despite the chance of catching it is non existent. They put it there to not get sued.

Same reason we have garish imprints on guns saying "WILL FIRE WITHOUT MAGAZINE" or "READ MANUAL BEFORE USE". Some company lawyer justifying his salary.

Remember those vending machined with the warning to not try and tip it over? It's there because some dimwit tried tipping it over, got crushed, and tried to sue the company.
