the technique or practice of responding to an accusation or difficult question by making a counteraccusation or raising a different issue.

              Accusation: Mutts are stupid
Response: Y-yeah well these other guys are using WW2 gear!

                Anonymous

                >counteraccusation
This is why screaming 'whataboutism' outs you as a moron that doesn't want to defend your point. You attacked, they countered and now you cry foul.

                >raising a different issue.
The issue being raised is about competence. Logistics mixing up the camo is incompetent but being so incompetent that you let corruption run so deep that you now have to issue WW2 kits in the 21st century is a whole new level of moronic. Both arguments are about competence.

this is the most depressing thing I've seen in a long time. frick me the 3rd guy from left has all his personal effects in a goddamned exploding laptop case that goodwill would throw away instead of trying to sell. The big guy in front of him was smart enough to bring a large ass water jug. They're all going to die in muddy holes like this

Look at the rest of them. They're all unironically using the same WWII rucksack I bought for a COSTUME.

You cant think of Russians as human or else it becomes too depressing, looking at Russia makes your own country not seem that bad

yeah this has been difficult to watch, despite it all I don't hate Russians or Russian culture. I sincerely wish the Russian people luck in getting rid of Putin and improving their lives. Putinism is absolute oblivion.

It was a brilliant feint to convince Saddam that the coalition forces were actually going to enter Iraq via the Ardennes

They only had MOPP suits in woodland, in hindsight it was pointless because Saddam never used chemical weapons against coalition forces in any meaningful scale.

Everyone had desert camo uniforms but chemical protective suits were primarily issued in woodland patterns, you'll notice all of the guys in green have hoods on their outfits.

These were worn in case of gas attacks even though the pattern was completely wrong for the environment.

even if he had viable chemical weapons aside from a few badly maintained drums of the stuff it was pretty clear from the gulf war that saddam was too sissy to actually use them against western troops.

He got the message when Tariq Aziz was told "If Iraq uses chemical weapons the American people will demand vengeance and we have the means to achieve it"

More confusingly, who the hell was this guy?
    >grab random interpreter cause Meesh is gone
    >he seems to be giving logical, helpful information
    >next day Meesh is back, says that guy was actually a Baathist spy
    >Meesh goes into mosque to commune with local leaders alone
    >next scene is local leaders telling everyone not to trust the Americans over the megaphone

I was always surprised no one fragged Meesh. At least, he was compromising things but I really thought he was purposefully sabotaging everything. I think that's the Arab way of sabotage is to feint incompetence.

        >I think that's the Arab way of sabotage is to feint incompetence.

thats basically how all foreign brown people act around whites. they pretend to be moronic to avoid work then get mad when we think they're moronic.

Third worlders are all a very special breed. Because of centuries dominated by either local autocrats or colonial authorities, they do not consider any form of work as benefiting them even if they are paid to do it. They will only work when threatened or when examples are made, and of course then only work with contempt. They do not understand the concept of a benevolent boss who would promote or otherwise reward you for good work. Instead they consider benevolent employers as easy marks.
