While the US Army just adopted an AR10 over sixty years late the Chinese have adopted an AR15/AR18 amalgamation with quite significant product improvements changes.
How does it feel that the Chinese now have a superior service rifle compared to USA who just went back to the antiquated concept of a battle rifle?
Someone post the webm of it keyholing at like 15 yards

why don't you post it vatnik?
hello slant eyed asiatic shills he posted the funny keyhole picture what's your response?
They have nothing and they know it, all they can do is try to save face and try again tomorrow

I never expected this plot twist
It's a really bad gun https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjsQ--XSviY
Pick related.
The type 97 gen three is actually a good pullpup for its price from the reviews I’ve seen. The older models where picky on mags and it still mangles brass but other than that it’s a good rifle.
China so smart, China wait for murifats R&D and make better

Damn Vatniks can't keep their story straight
Their story is very easy to straighten out.
>We want their warm water ports, land access to Crimea that we stole in 2014, fresh water resources to stolen Crimea and their natural gas fields in the eastern part of their country.
Anything else is just a lie.
You don’t even know how to probably respond in green text you stupid insect. I don’t even play video games.
lmao another vatnik spotted, you won't confuse us ivan!
As its been explained before they were most likely using training/rubber rounds in the killhouse to avoid ricochets/shrapnel.
Sounds like bugman cope
Those also shouldn't keyhole.
1:14 shouldn't have keyholed m193 either.
>what is overstabilization
>More stability is bad
Explain, I'm actually moronic.
Given a "just enough" stabilization spin you can maintain accuracy while increasing the probability of tumbling. The original AR15 with its 20 inch barrels with 1/14 twist using light weight lead core bullets resulted in high velocities, high probability of fragmentation, and therefore absolutely devastating wounds, nothing like it had been fielded by any army before. And then of course a commision came and ruined it all and we got fat bullets with steel penetrators shot out of short barrels with crazy tight twists and people are surprised it's icepicking and producing wounds like goddamn 22lr.
It's surprising how much worse they managed to make the AR over the years.
A 20 inch with a 1:9 twist can still produce pretty good wounding with a 62 gr bullet.
I've really never heard of any M4 having a problem with icepicking.
>1:14
a barrel twist, and cartridge thats not in service? Is this supposed to mean something?
Different twists do different things to different length bullets. Training ammo can be different than combat ammo.
>rubber rounds
>rounds impact blocks, breaking pieces of concrete off them
Is it because the concrete you used in your cinder blocks is the same you used in constructing your high rises?
>manlet PRC has a knockoff of our former service weapon
A generation behind as always.
The barrel doesn't even stabilizes the bullet.

What’s with all the Chinese shills recently
The US sailed 2 cruisers through the Taiwan Strait
Mainland Taiwan won't be invading the true ruling force of Taiwan, so they are trying to save face by being stronk on Western internet.
It gets (you)s now that everyone knows the russian military is a joke.
china got humiliated by the US Navy after another final warning
Still coping after getting punked by granny winebox Pelosi
Source? Seems like it would be an amusing read.
Russians have been exposed so the usual suspects are moving on to the next thing.
/Leftypol/ and /bunkerchuds/ are raiding 4chins because of the keffals/kiwifarms debacle. Keffals called in army of neolib morons.
VatBlack folk think sucking Chinese wiener owns the libs
The US didn't adopted the XM5 yet and the QBZ fricking suck
I know this is bait but is there anything known about this gun that makes it any better in any way compared to the US service rifle? The Type-95 definitely had the better aesthetics, but does this thing have anything?
It's actually a piece of shit, canadians got it iirc
Seriously look at it. A stock that cannot be folded, rocking mags, front sight mounted on a plastic handguard, huge ejection port because they couldn't be bothered to fix ejection path by fixing the bolt and just enlarged the port instead until cases could have enough clearances, a rear sight that can't be removed from the upper and takes away rail estate...
This is pants on head moronic, I can't see a single redeeming feature.
>rocking mags
That's a pro, less prone to failure
Rock in mags are more reliable to insert, the front sight is attached to the barrel, the ejection port is average sized, the rear sight is tiny and perfectly suitable as a backup sight.
>stock that cannot be folded
it's not that important, you just read otherwise online
>rocking mags
it's not that important, you just read otherwise online
>front sight mounted on a plastic handguard
it's not that important, you just read otherwise online
> huge ejection port because they couldn't be bothered to fix ejection path by fixing the bolt and just enlarged the port instead until cases could have enough clearances
huh?
>a rear sight that can't be removed from the upper and takes away rail estate
you read this online especially "rail estate"
>a single redeeming feature
and because the only thing you know how to look for is the features you read about in consumer blogs, you don't see how this rifle that doesn't have any of them could be anything other than a complete failure.
ease of manufacture and use are important, reliability and stopping power are important, all the bullshit you mentioned is irrelevant
The Chinese actually haven't really went with ease of manufacture with this one. If you look at it closely a lot of the parts, tiny and thin parts have been machined from a huge block of aluminum. This design is more like the engineers got a free hand in designing as good a rifle as they can. I guess they decided that they've got enough aluminum, CNC machines, and workers to splurge a bit.
Don't forget
>bullets that don't keyhole at 10 feet
it's not that important, you just read otherwise online. This post has convinced me that China is strong and this rifle will totally be used in combat and not just on unarmed peasants. Truly the QBZ-69 Long Dong will be the instrument with which communism with Chinese characteristics and Xi Jinping thought overthrows the evil imperialist nazi israelite troony khoe-girllkilol w*ctroids.
I always suspected the people who keep spamming shit like the keyholing vid were the same ones spamming Ukraine shit so thanks for the confirmation
It really makes you wonder what kind of person doesn't like totalitarian shitholes and their paid fearmongerers and will go out of their way to shit on both.
The same kind I guess who lacks the brain capacity to understand what rubber bullets are lmao
Post guns with timestamp
There's a quite in depth breakdown on youtube by some Vietnamese-Canadian university educated engineer gun nerd.
>quite significant product improvements changes
such as
The trigger pack, bolt carrier system, and the gas system are very well thought out with some new and quite unique design solutions.
>design solutions.
Which are?
On youtube there is a quite comprehensive three part breakdown of the design features of the rifle based on public documents like patent drawings and pictures etc.
I believe you will find it quite illuminating.
>Chinese superior service rifle
>Literally a CMMG MK47 Mutant
Get fricked Chang. You didn't invent a new rifle, you just copied an existing "meh" range toy.
I'm going to say it the chink's round is similar to 6.5 Grendel ballistics. We will be outgunned and outlogisitic when we find out that m14 2.00 was too heavy.
Implessive,
Impressive.
With this most recent achievement, fate has in a single stroke, marked the decline of the west and spelled a new era of wondrous prosperity and peaceful global dominance for the Chinese dragon, which promises to firmly stand in sharp contrast to the historically bloody ascent of western powers and the cruel subjugation it brought to the humbler nations of the world. With the blessings of Chinese quantum direct-current electricity, quantum aircraft carriers and quantum enhanced railguns will be the instruments with which China affirms its noble stewardship of 21st century world politics and offers the non-western world a different option; an humanist alternative to the depredations of Western leadership and the opportunity for a more equitable and dignified multilateralism.
>says its copy of ar-15
>piston system and shares 0 parts other than pistol grip
Correct.
An AR-15 wouldn't keyhole at 15 yards.
The bolt carrier, bolt, recoil system and frame to name a few are all completely of AR-15 lineage without any connection to the AR-18.
>Keyholing at 10 yards
Maybe they should have copied the AR-15.
See pic related, the DBF07 is a training round meant for relatively safe use in enclosed spaces.
Though I must say that I would much prefer blanks or completely disintegrating bullets when surrounded by grunts in such close proximity but hey, I guess you can see the hits this way and nobody has to die because of a stray bullet.
>scared of shrapnel
>scared of injuries
>doesn't use simunition
So China is poor and stupid
Kek.
"quite significant product improvements" is not strategically or logistically superior.
Not being able to see beyond own your nose, not being able to look beyond "face", is why the CPC would lose hard to NATO.
If you want to see a significant change in the rifle game, look at the XMC Spear. Made with penetrating Chinese and Russian body armor in mind.
I'm curious to know if the Russians and Chinese will even HAVE body armor.
I'm serious.
China is not exactly known for its quality goods and Russia has shown itself to be inept at logistics.
Logistics being the area where the US really shines, overall.
The Spear is literally just a significantly worsened AR10 with rails and a stronger chamber. Absolutely no innovation.
It also has the gay short-stroke piston instead of the Chad long-stroke or an internal piston. I give it 5 years before the army remembers why battle rifles are a stupid idea and go to the M4. If they want it updated they can have KAC make them. Or even HK if they want short-stroke done right
If China is lucky maybe the US can give them sone foreign aid.
>Rock in mags
Dropped
...oh wait, you can't
Imagine being Chinese and trying to defend West China
Perfect for shooting uppity civilians
Don't want those god damn Uyghur terrorists getting any funny ideas.
Even in death they goose step. Traitors all of them.
Thank you based ESL man but I’m not going to give myself a headache reading your slant eyed attempt at the English language.
>CCP makes two of the worst weapons in US military history have sex and gives the baby clothing made from cheap chinese polymer
> Military just adopted an AR-10
The Sig MCX Spear currently employed by the military has more in common with the SCAR and M14 than the AR-18. It ditched the guide rods, and it's now using the same dumbass short-stroke piston head long-stroke operating rod system that made the SCAR and M14 god awful.
The AR-10 platform's operating system revolves around the buffer tube, which the QBZ has.
The QBZ also uses a long-stroke gas piston, not a short-stroke piston, making it into an AR/AK hybrid and have nothing to do with the AR-18.
> "significant product improvements changes."
Firstly, learn basic fricking English, chink. Secondly, the only part of the QBZ to praise is the dual-chamber gas piston, which cools off the heat of the ridiculously overpressure ammo the Chinks think will actually stay on target at long ranges without a slight breeze blowing the bullets off-course.
The QBZ is neat, but not something to praise. Even the god awful M14 would probably be more effective than that piece of garbage due to how the Corrupt Chink Party will skimp out on all the quality control like they did with their Tofu Dreg cities.
>product improvements changes.
Literally the worst features of the AR and AK platforms combined in one.
Zoom in on the ejection port - notice the little raise cutout on top towards the rear?
Originally that was supposed to be square.
Cartridge cases kept getting stuck there on extraction, so they literally took a hand file to the prototypes and shaved away at the port until they stopped having jams.
So instead of fixing the problem which was caused by poor bolt engineering, they just integrated that little cutout into the final production model.
I have pictures of this on my laptop, if you wait til 8AM eastern tomorrow I will post them if the thread is still up.
That sort of engineering "chabudao" is rife throughout the weapon.
I could write a ten page paper detailing all the faults and confusing design choices they've made and how disappointed I am that this is actually about to be fielded en masse by the PLA.
China could do so much better than this.
It's really quite a shame.
>So instead of fixing the problem which was caused by poor bolt engineering, they just integrated that little cutout into the final production model.
Lmao a chinese knockoff forward assist in a way.
>China could do so much better than this
In imagination land, sure.
This product is 100% China Number One and you know it.
The bolt is a four lug bolt. The placement of the extractor and the ejector are pretty much completely fixed. Adjusting the ejection port is literally the most logical way of addressing the issue you dumb fricking moron.
Why don't PLA just copy the T91? It's a AR15/AR18 amalgamation, too.
Because it's shit compared to the QBZ?
>gee billy, mom lets you have two lens covers?
Everything from china is shit especially the "people". They're Asia's america so to speak.
America has the best anything, there’s a reason why we rule the world
sneed
It's literally an sg552?
