Which ruger mk iv should I get?

I want one with target adjustable sights, so that leaves:

>Mk IV Target Blued - A bunch online for $400
>Mk IV Target Stainless - Found a listing online for $550, so ~$600 after shipping + FFL
>Mk IV Hunter Blued Talos Edition - LGS is selling one for $500

The stainless looks damn nice and I like the idea of low upkeep. But at 42oz is it too heavy to carry innawoods for plinking? The Talos is 36 oz cause it has an aluminum frame, and I'm not sure I like the blued fluted barrel look.

I went with the 22/45 tactical because the grip feels a lot better than the standard model. I also paid like 300 because it was before the scamdemic

22/45s still going for $350 right now because it's plastic frame

I’d get the tactical so you can put a silencer on it.
Rails come off so that negates any problems

$500 is a good deal for the Hunter.
    It also looks the best.

theres more meat on the Competition model barrel. The Hunter is just lighter with less material!

    Target
It's shiny stainless , long enough and round. And if you remove sights, it will perfectly fit in your butthole.

if you care about weight, just get that sig 322, thing feels like an empty squirt gun

apparently it has a trigger similar to a squirt gun as well, reading the lucky gunner review

Stainless is nice. Weight isn't an issue, if it is, please exercise your arms more.
In all seriousness, get a Target model with a threaded barrel, you can either get blued or stainless. The blued one has an aluminum grip frame and saves a few ounces. Just get a threaded barrel because you'll eventually get a suppressor and have a ton of fun with it. Either is a good choice. I went with a blued/threaded Target model because I couldn't find a stainless one in stock (But I have experience with older stainless Ruger Mark pistols).

Haven't read that review, but yeah the trigger isn't great on the P322. I think it's partially due to the trigger having a plastic straight/curved "shoe" that clips on it. Kind of mushy. But the gun itself is way smaller than a Mark IV, and has double the capacity.
Both are nice guns and have their purposes, but the Mark IV is more of a "forever" gun (sorry polymer guys, I just don't see them lasting a hundred years like aluminum/steel framed guns. Maybe I'm wrong).

Can we get a .22 pistol thread going?

What is the *best* .22 pistol?
Why does the LCR in .22 have such a heavy trigger?
Are pistols like the Colt Woodsman that cool? Or the Whitney Wolverine?
What modern .22 pistols are exceedingly reliable?
What are some of terrible .22 pistols?

I have a Baretta Bobcat and it is totally cool - what other badass .22 pistols are out there?

I have a stainless mrk 4 target with a threaded barrel and its a bunch of fun with my can. I had a weak moment and bought a mark 2 target that doesnt have a threaded barrel last week. Its never been fired and from 1986 and it was 300 bucks. I kinda just wish I hadnt have bought it and gotten a tactical so I can play possum assasin with my can and a light
