it already has, it just stinks. well get plenty of kino in the spring though with the ukrainian offensive in the south. they already announced they want to bisect the corridor for crimea and theyre seeving up the new western trained forces for it.
Ukraine needs more artillery and, more importantly, more artillery shells. They're really hurting in that regard and most of the West is still too fucking stupid to get artillery production running as much as they need. Without artillery parity (either in numbers or, more likely, in quality) they can't conduct large offensives effectively. They got away with Kharkiv and Kherson (eventually) only because HIMARS were able to blast Russian munition dumps and restrict their artillery usage. Once they figured out they should move their dumps further away out of HIMARS range and into smaller, more spread out, dumps the rate of munition loss fell.
until its time and then the waves of GLSDB wreak havoc on russian stores and supply lines again
