        Muscle loss is mainly contributed to inactivity. Even age related muscle loss can be prevented or mitigated by consistently exercising. They also have slower metabolism because they aren't exactly active enough. While its easier to get fat, its also easier to take 30 minutes of your time to exercise and maintain your muscles. Even a 70 year old can build up muscles like a 30-40 year old.

        Muscle mass/metabolism decrease due to 30/40 year olds not exercising enough. You can still maintain physiques even when you're older is you're utilizing those muscles more often. If you don't, you will develop atrophy because the body has grown accustomed to not needing those muscles and lowering its metabolism because it requires less energy.

    4. They know how to shoot a scoped rifle that's been zeroed.
