They’re probably not AESA. The big ones probably are, the smaller ones are probably just PESA for things like 2D searching, air traffic control, datalinks, etc.

              >Pentagon drones ‘8 to 14 times’ costlier than banned Chinese craft
              >US interior department officials complain about price and capability of civilian fleet of vehicles
              >Camera drones developed by the Pentagon are more expensive and less capable than the Chinese-made models they were designed to replace, according to an internal US government memo seen by the Financial Times.
              >The memo from officials at the interior department, which runs the US government’s largest fleet of civilian unmanned craft, warned the “Blue drones” were not good enough to carry out vital conservation work.
              >The Pentagon spent more than $13m developing drones that government agencies could use instead of those made or assembled in China. But the complaint about the devices’ cost and effectiveness illustrates the difficulties the US has faced trying to wean itself off Chinese technology without obvious domestic alternatives.
              >The memo, written in January for the incoming Biden administration, said: “By only having the ‘Blue UAS [unmanned aerial systems]’ approved, it reduces DoI sensor capabilities by 95 per cent... The aircraft are designed for a very specific DoD [Department of Defense] mission set and will only meet around 20 per cent of DoI mission requirements.”
              >It warned that with an average price of $2,100, the drones cost between eight and 14 times more than the aircraft the department was previously able to purchase.
              >In 2019, the Trump administration grounded every one of the department’s 810 drones because they contained Chinese parts.
              >The move was part of a broader push to limit US exposure to sensitive technology, including 5G equipment made by the Chinese company Huawei, for fear that Beijing could use such hardware for spying

                >Drones from American startups have been deemed glitchy and expensive, prompting Ukraine to turn to alternatives from China
                >Silicon Valley company Skydio has sent hundreds of its most capable UAVs to Ukraine to help fight the Russians, but the technology has not performed well.
                >Ukrainian officials have found U.S.-made drones fragile and unable to overcome Russian jamming and GPS blackout technology. At times, they couldn't take off, complete missions or return home. American drones often fail to fly at the distances advertised or carry substantial payloads.
                >US-made UAVs tend to be expensive, faulty and complicated to repair, say drone company executives, the Ukrainians on the front line, Ukrainian government officials and former US military officials.
                >Lacking solutions in the West, Ukraine has turned to cheaper Chinese products to supplement its drone arsenal.
                >Quote from Skydio Chief Executive Adam Bry: "The general reputation for every class of U.S. drone in Ukraine is that they don’t work as well as other systems."

Nowhere does it claim they have AESA radar in a DJI drone, not even sure if the second article references DJI, you see the article is behind a pay wall, pretty good indication you've never actually read it and are just posting the talking points from you Wumao Dang crib sheet.

What is ironic is that Skydio literally just buys parts from "off-the-shelf" parts from China and assembles them in the states for "Made in the USA" label and charges a huge premium for them. The US government and military has no choice but to eat It up because of you can't trust DJI, despite the fact that independent audits haven't found any evidence of chunk backdoors. Only SOCOM is smart enough to not allow stupid politics get in the way of their missions.
