What's the Sugma-pp missile speed? This shot takes forever to close the distance.
Anyway, it looks like an extremely effective weapon all around. Tanks, personnel, APC, helis, mraps

yeah
250-300 m/s as most ATGMs, gun launched can be far faster.
So about 5km in this case
Respectable
that's pretty much the max effective range of the system, so not impossible.
200 m/s https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D1%82%D1%83%D0%B3%D0%BD%D0%B0-%D0%9F

WEBM.
thank you webmanon
Ah yes, Stugna, the best AEGM (anti-everything guided missile) and the true successor to flak 88
God remember the kino of the helicopters shot down
Most ATGMs are relatively slow compared to cannon fire.
Stugna-P seems like the obvious winner in any ATGM duel, Russians have to physically man the Fagot but Stugna-P being remote has the advantage of having the crew be in safety.
Javelin does have a direct fire mode but it'd be a waste to use on an atgm team
Javelins have literally been used to take out solitary snipers in GWOT.
(Yes I didn't believe the CLU could lock on to body heat against durkastan background either until I've seen the videos.)
Javelins don’t lock onto heat
The US has a lot more Javelins to waste then Ukraine does, but I do think a ATGM team would be a worthy target if you've got nothing else to reach them.
Cost of killing them pales to the cost of not killing them. TZD.
Most wire guided or beam riding ATGMs are pretty slow, watch some Konkurs/Fagot/Metis/Kornet videos from Syria etc., they take forever to get to target from anywhere near max range.
0:43 Love how he actually tells me info on which site the Ts are. I thought of rotating to B but that info probably won us the round.
The Ziggers have Kornet-EM with a longer range, but I'd love to see the operational results from the two systems along with weight, set up time, cost per unit, and so forth.
NGL that's a remarkably calm ATGM, any of the SACLOS missiles I've seen until now were wobbling like crazy.
Honestly I’m not impressed. The starstreak is also saclos guided, has a longer range, and moves 4x as fast.
