Open carry is comfortable is the main thing, even with a full size gun. For a lot of us the only thing we've got to be worried about in our areas is animals, not people. If everyone open carries then it's a pleasant neighborly thing, you don't have to deal with the compromises that come with CC, everyone can just have a normal comfy carry and firearm as they want.
