We moved to discord, Janny started banning meet up threads so meet groups can't recruit or post about them. Most of this shit is now relegated to discords and getting an invite can be hard.
The best bet to join one of the meet group discords is to make a thread for your specific state(PA, WI, OH and GA seem to be the biggest ones) and hope someone pops in and drops a discord link before coping a 3 day ban.
