I saw the video when it was first posted ver yearly in the war, probably March 2022. It looks like two Ukrainians that fund a dead, frozen cat and used the gaping wound in its skull as an ashtray. At the time it was posted it was completely unsourced, so no location, no origin URL or telegram channel, no date.

The point being, it happened. there was a video, an actual webm posted on PrepHole. There's a couple of stills from it got saved & now get reposted. There is no evidence that it was Ukrainians since all context was stripped and it could have been staged specifically to create rage against Ukrainians. The two guys in it (plus the cameraman) are making a very suHispaniciously big show out of being subhumans. But, it is just as likely it really is some Ukrainian subhumans having a giggle.
