What would happen if NATO launched its own SMO against Belarus to topple Lukashenko? Russia doesn't have any excuse to use nukes since it isn't their territory being attacked.

NATO doesn't need to. Lukashenko just needs to stand outside for about a minute and israeli space lasers will get him. /s
Include me in the screencap and updoots to the left.
Also gotcha covered OP. Top secret military plans from HATO, blyat.
they would sweep through within about a week but some airborne op would go wrong because they literally always do
Is that in NATO doctrine? If so why start or stop with Belarus when its Russia and china they would like to topple. SHit pick a fight with anyone anytime. I'm so glad I still have the United States Constitution as my legal doctrine.
In that you cant start wars, money must be coined and and and ahhhhh
>When they don't know the thing
Yeah I believe toppling Russia is the current goal, from your perspective did the war already start or no?
Brazil stabs into America's soft bellym
>calling all snowBlack folk. everyone who topples belarus will get a sky scrapper. that is all.
Country is yours within 24hrs. US chooses to leave belarus as is because it's more beneficial to for now.
I don't think there's anyone in europe that's willing to fight this war.
>What would happen if NATO launched its own SMO against Belarus to topple Lukashenko?
Lukashenko will be lynched by Belarusians if they get half a chance, it just takes him overstepping one tiny bit with the military so they decide they'll stand a better survival chance negotiating amnesty with the next government of Belarus.
How bad is the Belarusian military complicit in abuses? It doesn't make the news like Russian OMON bullshit does
>How bad is the Belarusian military complicit in abuses?
I think not super bad, it's more the cops. The military mostly hasn't gotten involved except for Spetsnaz and some paratroopers who beat up some protestors and a Spetsnaz captain shot at least one.
They were just used to supress mass protests I think, there's a whole bunch of other paramilitaries that are used internally, the KGB has a security force, the Interior Ministry has "internal troopers", there's two anti-terrorist agencies with paramilitaries, those were all involved and are really more than enough.
I think the paratroopers were just there as bodies to deal with huge crowds and Spetsnaz for beating the shit out of people in public because that's what they're good at.
Most of the army are probably fairly clean, even the paratroopers didn't kill anyone I don't think, they'd probably escape any punishment at all by some future democractic government.
The rest need to be fricking purged but whether they would be, who knows. Dangerous people to order to be fired and nobody really competent to round them up if you wanted to arrest them.
If the protestors were to actually get their electoral win (that they probably really did win), they'd have a whole new problem once they got into office.
Poland and friends would do the people of Belarus a huge favour by slipping over the border in a navigation error and skirmishing with specially selected encampments on the Ukrainian border just long enough to demolish Spetsnaz.
While the dust was settling, the military might have a thought about where it stands but in reality, I bet the interior ministry's troopers and the KGB and the anti-terror police all have way better training, gear and incentive than the military. They're how Lukashenko maintains power.
Watch Belarusians join the next assault on Kyiv and do nothing to stop it.
>Russia doesn't have any excuse to use nukes since it isn't their territory being attacked.
why would a country’s publically stated nuclear policy matter in such a situation?
An attack on the Belarusian-Russian union state would result in immediate retaliation from Russia
The eyebrows would be raised.
Um no sweety. It's against the rules to directly participate in another war. Russia can give Belarus weapons, training, and maybe even satellite data, but if any Russians are found at any point to actually be in Belarus then we can nuke them in retaliation.
>SMO
