What weapons can Kim actually provide Russia with? And what could be the quantities?
I can think of hundreds of thousands of artillery shells, maybe a couple hundred of outdated tanks and artillery pieces. Anything else?

nukes
Apparently, they asked for a lot of DPPShs and 170 mm shells. I though the ziggers had enough small arms and artillery to last for years.
Light AA, shells, rockets. Modern ammo and spares/upgrades for T-62s.
Russia doesn't use 170mm, no one does besides the DPRK. They have sold Koksans in the past but they would beexpensive.
They could make the T-62s moderatly useful, their 115mm AP is nearly twice as good as Russia's ancient designs.
They are doing this in Syria with decent success.
Also apparantly some of their EW gear is highly effective against Russian radar and communications, presumably it would work against Ukrainian equipment as well.
Their heavy MLRS systems would be great but i doubt they would selll, not for any price Putin would be willing to pay as they don't take Roubles or Dollars.
>they don't take Roubles or Dollars
They could pay them in gold or even better food and medicine.
>they don't take Roubles or Dollars
They gladly take USD, NK has a net of restaurants to get money.
They literally print their own USD, they ain'ttaking greenbacks.
1960's era grads are not 115mm AP. We know for a fact that the 115mm is just fine because Ethiopia gave some of it to us. Their Kornets work great in Syria.
The ammo Wagner got was ancient garbage, they got ripped off.
It worked just fine and that was 50 years ago anon. We got to look at plenty of examples (heavy MLRS, Koksans) from the UAE and everything works just fine.
>They literally print their own USD, they ain'ttaking greenbacks.
no matter how good the quality of the counterfit the real one is always the preferred option. NK, like CCP, filters the money through tax havens like Macau where it returns to the wider circulation to purchase goods. Usually luxury for the ruling aristocracy back home
>They could make the T-62s moderatly useful, their 115mm AP is nearly twice as good as Russia's ancient designs.
Is it? Both Russian troops and Ukrainians have complained that North Korean munitions are unreliable and inaccurate.
>they don't take Roubles or Dollars.
>Dollars
What are you talking about. They want them. They want them so much they print most of counterfeit $ in the world.
But you're right about Roubles. NK ain't interested in this currency.
>I though the ziggers had enough small arms and artillery to last for years.
Alas, there you have it. If this trend continues the next guest will be the anonymous leadership from Hamas and putin will try to get qassam rockets from them.
The USSR may (and I cannot stress it enough, MAY) have had megatons of military hardware stored away for WW3, but that was sold or wasted away in the post-Soviet period.
First, some of these weapon depots were located in Ukraine, the 'Stans, etc. Net loss for monke.
Then, for 30 years, incredible amounts of that hardware was pawned off, in the best case scenario, to Arab or African nations, in the worst case scenario, to gangs, by bored and corrupt Russian officers. Oh, older kit, like PPSh-41s or steel pot helmets, may well have been sold as scrap metal, too.
Remember that for most of the 90s, many state officials, military or not, received literally zero wages. You have to sustain yourself and your family, and are entrusted with thousands of old ass T-55s and ammo for WW2 howitzers, what do you do? That's right, you sell it through not-Nicholas Cage to Mr. Nganwe Dindunuffin, Patel Poodastreet and Kebab Ben Kefta. Case in point: the T-80BVs rolling into Grozny with empty Kontakt-1 bricks, 'cause the explosive fillers had been ratfucked.
Then, 30 years of snow, sleet and rain does a number on machinery and ammo, especially newer stuff, with more electronics. That's why it was easier to reactivate T-62s, with their WW2-like tech, than earlier versions of the T-72/80.
From 2011 onwards, older kit was gifted to Syria and other pro-Russian actors such as the post-coup West and Central African governments.
Stack all of these factors, and you get the delicious shit sandwich monke and Shoigu had to bite into in 2022, while Priggy was fighting for the scraps.
Oh, and I almost forgot the chuunibyou tier shit such as "let's give Laos T-72s in exchange for T-34s for our parades" and "let's build out a church for our army with WW2 trophies"
>may
Did, 100%. russia sabotaged 3 extremely big(like, Beirut explosion several times over big) Ukie depots pre-war, and Ukraine still had enough ammo to cause several "good will gestures" by russia
>russia sabotaged 3 extremely big(like, Beirut explosion several times over big) Ukie depots pre-war
huh? I don't remember that in the slightest, source?

According to the MOU, a large number of 125 mm tank shells were stored in the warehouse.[4] Rockets for the Tochka-U tactical complexes were probably also stored,[5] and, according to Yuri Biryukov, a certain number of missiles of the 9K52 "Luna" and 2K12 "Kub" complexes, which were intended for disposal.[6] Already after the explosions, in the photos that got into the network, in the vicinity of the 48th arsenal, jet engines were identified, which are part of the ammunition of the active-reactive mine ARM-0 "Gagara" (ZF2) for 240mm mortars (self-propelled 2C4 "Tulip" or towed 2B8))

That is an absurd amount of boom.
>Anything else?
Their tanks are not more outdated then what Russia already uses on the battlefield.
I could see them helping the Russians upgrade their T-55/T-54s into something less shit.
bruh imagine being shorter than kim
Pootin is wee babby man.
North Korea’s military is an anemic version of it’s cold war self.
The country has had famines and food shortages since the 90s, they have guns and shells, but they’re old as fuck and in worse condition than Russia’s.
Ask the Iranians how reliable their shit was during the Iran-Iraq war and you’ll realize this is not going to assist Russia the way people think it will.
>ask the Iranians
Ask them what, if the western weapons they fought the war with were better than Saddam's soviet monke models?
Considering Iran had been a western client state up to that point, what is there to ask? If Tomcats and G3s are pure sex? I think we already know the answer.
I love recoilless rifles so much bros
Internet tells me:
1. Most common US nuke model costs $28 million.
2. Most common US artillery shell costs $2000.
If you assume Russian variants are the same, Russia trading one nuke for an equal value of shells will only be enough for like 1 week.
Russia has 6000 nukes. Trading 100 nukes for 100 weeks of shells = almost 2 yrs of sustained artillery strikes.
>Most common US artillery shell costs $2000.
Replace the 2 with 1 and you'll be right.
>Day 559 of the US special military operation to decartelize Mexico
>The US has been forced to resort to buying drones from Saudi Arabia and artillery from South Korea after severe shortages in ammunition and equipment
South Korea actually has an arms industry though. A more apt comparison would be taiwan.
sup hapanda still reeling after the Ls you took from your betters?
This is a English language board, please use it.
>a English language
He can sell putin aks and rpgs
Pootin is desperate if he begs Kim for arms.
Over a year ago people were saying putin has cancer and is about to die
What happened?
Russians are so pathetic begging fucking North Korea for weapons. Just when you thought they couldn't sink lower they pull shit like this
