In Wyoming that's entirely reasonable behavior and shouldn't surprise anyone. You probably can't really appreciate how rugged and remote parts of that state are. It's like being on a different planet.

Well, also because there are lots of people in NY, so they will actually see the advertisement. This can't be cheap and I imagine they had to pay the city for this as well as the cost of the drones.

It's Wyoming. Simply existing in Wyoming is a blanket statement of "I want to left the frick alone" and everyone knows it. That's 100% the tourist's fault for refusing to respect local culture.

Look at Tennessee's child services that's now operating under 4x the normal load due to the number of people dropping off kids they never wanted, without an increase in social workers to handle cases because people don't want to raise taxes.

They should fix that. By funding services. Not by killing the children. Jonathan Swift was a satirist, not a prescriptivist.

It's not happening. They flew them over a lake because they couldn't get permission to fly them over the city. A shotgun wouldn't reach them from the shore, so you'd be stuck with a rifle and sending rounds into populated areas if you missed unless you also had a boat.
