What purpose does senior enlisted nco serve? Why are they all such braindead pieces of shit twats and why are there 6 of them in my battalion?
>what purpose do you nco guys even serve?
t. useless gunny thats too old to serve and collects welfare checks in the form of E-6
Meant to say E-7 but whatever, both are equally useless.
shouldn't you be painting rocks private?
>What purpose does senior enlisted nco serve?
Well for one, you need someone who can count to at least 7 on payroll.
BURN
>too old to serve
>collects checks for serving
look kid, if you don't like taking orders from older, more intelligent people then maybe the military wasn't a good choice for you?
>intelligent
They can't even speak proper english
Imagine getting chewed out at work and then running to cry on an indonesian paint sniffing forum lmao
>wahhh i got smoked today
Or
>wahhh i got tasked for some mundane job ill still be paid for
Which was it pussy
The better question is what purpose Warrant officers serve.
Anyone else seems to do just as well without them.
Enlisted, NCOs, and officers are enough.
Honestly I think more countries should adopt the US warrant officer system for specialist jobs that exist outside the traditional chain of command.
ideally warrants are given to specialists in their fields who deserve the recognition and seperation from Grunt McGruntface without actually getting a real officer rank
>t. Boot who got yelled at for not wearing his cover.
so they can all give you conflicting preferences on what you can or cant put in your own or your troops yearly performance reports, to harass you as you pass by them in the hallway for not greeting them loud enough, to divvy out squadron chores for the visiting o-6 and their entourage, to enter rooms and expect everyone to stand up not at attention but at parade rest. do you need more?
What is the purpose mission wise that can't be fulfilled by an E-5 or at most an E-6?
believe it or not that is all mission related in their eyes. apart from that I personally have never seen any "technical experts" in their career field from the senior nco corps. at best they are the hall monitors of productivity
You must have been in for about 5 minutes or worked in a hq as a paper pusher
The majority of warrant officers in a technical trade I've met have been experts at their craft, and they were required to be as part of their job
that requirement is specific to warrant officers
and warrant officers are?
not senior ncos
>warrant officers aren't senior NCOs
oh im laffin
they are their own set of ranks separate from senior ncos basically just another officer corps
You're a fucking retard lmao
that may be true but at least im not a senior nco
