What kind of shenanigans do you think Ukrainian Spec ops are up to?

I've heard they were apparently trained heavily by the CIA and Green Berets, but It's hard to separate the truth from infowar currently.

Anon...no one was hiding that the US, UK and Canada has been training the Ukies. Vice even had a video of them showing the training in 2015. Obama opened them to more training from Army SFAB and USAF CAA.
None of this was ever hidden, it just never made the media.

Diversions here and there. Blowing bridges in already occupied territory. Blowing stuff inside of russia proper with deniable plausibility. Recon and creation of partisan network. Some assassinations of collaborants and etc. Boring and mundane stuff actually when you consider that there's full scale continental war going around.

      >US, UK and Canada has been training the Ukies.
It's not like US, UK and Canada trained them, it more of a "Ukraine had access to the same training facilities as US, UK and Canada forces do".

They have been training them, though.

        And you'd know this, how?

        Idiot

A lot of recon and spotting high value targets for strikes, I would think.

The sort of shit that spec ops did for us in Iraqistan isn't as relevant in a shooting war, tbh. Raiding compounds to kill/capture just isn't important when you can just call in a frickoff huge missile. So I imagine they're just doing a lot of covert infiltration.

Even then the ukies have so much help from their civilians thanks to phones etc. that I imagine there are plenty of targets of opportunity already identified. So spec ops are probably sent in with specific missions ("find this particular piece of air defence").

I wouldn't expect much actual hands-on sabotage to be done. Why take the risk? Just blep it with a missile from 40kms away.

        >A lot of recon and spotting high value targets
        this

they're deliberately avoiding sabotage (for the most part) so as not to reveal how porous the Russian front lines are. It's how the Kharkiv offensive was planned.

They do like to hype up claims of raids in Crimea, but that's probably an effort to spread paranoia.

He is probably writing other stuff under other pen names. I'm more interested in who does his front page art. That's one busty lady.

god I wish. you can not imagine how I yearn for a neverbefore seen wave of terror rippling through Russia.
I am not even talking about normal bombings or anything like that, I am talking absolute and unlimited guerilla warfare, specifically targeting children, healthcare, education and transport. just thinking about a russian kindergarten getting covered with nailbombs gets me hard as frick.

Most likely raids deep in Russian territory, like those in Belgorod that keep poping up in the news. Hope to see some more bombings in Moscow or Donetsk/Crimea soon.

Oh yeah and definitely handholding/supplying partisans and setting up coordinated resistance networks. But that's more "spy" stuff than "specops" stuff I would think.

    >I've heard they were apparently trained heavily by the CIA and Green Berets,
The Brits had a SAS group in Ukraine before the Russist invasion, and I never heard that they returned home. I'd also guess that every NATO country has a shitton of SOF and operators running around Ukraine, Crimea, and Russia right about now., no different than Russist operators running around NATO countries. That's how this shit works these days.
