That's the thing, you do: it's the only reason prisoners are taken. To exchange to friendly prisoners.

Ukraine does not force people to go back to Russia if they don't want to be traded.
It's why they struggle to find enough people to trade and have to rely on the occasional windfal of capturing some rich Chechen momma's boy that Kadyrov HAS to trade for or potentially lose a tribal ally.

If you turn yourself in by calling the cops the Ukrainians will give you $10k and citizenship, if you are captured you get sent back.
This is big brain and in the early days heaps of conscripts where taking the deal, all you have to do is slip away and tell the locals to call the cops.

Why do you want to see civilians get killed? NATO saved millions of people, unlike the "soviet union" or "russian federation" which CAUSED the death of TENS OF MILLIONS of people.

                >Why do you want to see civilians get killed?

I perfectly see how Ukraine is killing its civilians, trying to blame Russia. Bucha, Kramatorsk and many other places. And now Ukraine is shelling a nuclear power plant, trying to prevent a referendum on the transition of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Russia. I can see that perfectly.

                >NATO saved millions of people,

What a blatant, vile lie. Tell the millions of murdered Vietnamese, Iraqis, Serbs, Syrians, Lebanese, Afghans and many others about it.

                >When are they going to pay reparations for their crimes? Do you know?

I think there's not much time left. As soon as the Western countries weaken, there will be strength in the world. who will demand reparations from them for years of humiliation. I would even say that the whole continent is Africa, maybe from Europe for hundreds of years of the slave trade. How many trillions does Europe owe Africa for this, do you think?

                >American troops didn’t invade Germany 6 months ago and remove the de jure leaders.

You're absolutely right, my friend. The Americans did not overthrow the leader of Germany, the Soviet Union did it in May 1945. It was then that both the Soviet Union and the United States placed their bases in Germany. BUT the USSR collapsed in 1991 and withdrew its bases from Germany in exchange for a promise not to advance NATO to its borders. However, Europe (under the control of the United States, which still has its troops there) is moving NATO closer and closer to Russia. Americans change governments with the help of color revolutions and do what they want. Maybe you can also say that Japan also has an independent government from the United States? Can you name at least one time when Europe or Japan objected loudly to the actions of the United States? And how are you going to object when American troops are on your territory, right?

Compare the actions of the EU against Russia when it launched an operation in Ukraine and against the United States when they launched an operation in Iraq. In your opinion, there is no difference at all? The EU has imposed a huge number of sanctions against Russia, frozen the accounts of the Russian state and oligarchs. They also supply weapons to Ukraine. And what did the EU do when the US launched an operation in Iraq? nothing. And you still want to say that the EU has some kind of independence?

Japan was pretty vocal about it's grievances with the post war government set up largely by the US. It didn't come up much until the 50's, but by then the Japanese people were largely pro American mostly because they were anti communist.

                >then the Japanese people were largely pro American mostly because they were anti communist.

Are you an idiot guy? I can also say that the inhabitants of Eastern Europe became pro-Soviet because they were anti-American (anti-capitalists). And not because there were Soviet troops there. Are you really an idiot or just can't believe that Japan, which attacked the United States, would never have become an ally of the United States. If the United States had not placed its military bases on their territory. They've been keeping them there since 1945.

                >are you an idiot
I mean, it's plainly documented. There was hot debate in the 50's about what the future of Japan should be, and the communists we're pushing for alignment with china et. al. We know how that ended. And ya, you couldn't say eastern Europe became pro Soviet because it was anti American, because the opposite of that happened and is still happening. Your slaves states got so fed up with your Black persondry that they jumped ship and joined defensive alliances the moment they could, certain cum guzzling enclaves aside. And why wouldn't they? Economic prosperity seems to come hand in hand, as is the case in the Baltics and Japan. Countries that gravitate towards Russia, on the other hand, become economically destitute

                >Oh and why Slovakia, Hungary or Austria do not have american bases according to you ?

I do not know why, but as you can see, for example, Hungary is much more independent from the EU and from the United States in matters of gas supply to its country. In part, perhaps this is because there are no American bases there. You understand that in addition to the military base, there is also a certain influence exerted by specialists of a certain type of action. These people easily influence elections, etc. That's why you can't even say out loud what I'm writing here. You have this taboo. You already have real fascism in the EU, there is only one point of view - and if you are against it, then you are the enemy.

                >Then why france manage to make them leave ?

Because France can enter into an independent policy, apparently. The only one in the EU. But the absence of bases in France itself does not help much when there are American bases around.

                >+ People don't hate murican troop like they hated soviets occupies.

Stop believing propaganda tales about bad Russians and good Americans. It's just that now Americans control the media and the Internet, so they broadcast the narrative they need. And you eat it like animals from the TV, and then you spread it to me here, as if it were your own thoughts.

Hell, you can be an active hindrance to the US like the French and still just re-join their alliances when it's convenient and gets you gibs/a say. And it's not out of any affection for them, I can tell you that. Americans hated the French so much during WW2 they actively had to produce propaganda lying about how much the French had done for the war effort in an attempt to improve attitudes. US troops surveyed about the soldiers of allies and enemies rated the French as the least and lowest people they met - below Soviets. The prevailing opinion of them: lazy, dirty, stupid, cowardly.

Yes, a very interesting system. The United States has created a system for monitoring elections organized by the United States and where a pro-American puppet president always wins. Have you noticed that in these elections there are never observers from those countries that America considers "bad"? I wonder why this is happening? What do you think? Is it because observers from these countries will not obey America and will conduct their observations honestly?

There is no evidence of child rape. Even the children's Ombudsman from Ukraine confirmed that she was lying when she talked about it. At least the prisoners (there are at least a few left since March) would have taken a uniform. And they did not use their comrade as a "Russian". Russians have a different uniform, Ukrainians. Your fakes look pathetic and ridiculous. As if they were made by a mentally moronic person.

Not to mention that their MREs include flameless food heaters so that they can warm their lunch even while sitting in the APC - rather than building themselves a portable stove out of iron and dry alcohol tablets, as the Russians do.

Way back when I was in cub scouts and slept aboard the USS Massachusetts overnight, I actually slept through reveille. I had to be shaken awake by my dad at a point where everyone else was practically ready to go.

I can imagine doing this if you're especially low on sleep, as soldiers on the front line typically are, and if you're used to the gunfire and artillery. His 'buddies' probably forgot about him and didn't wake him up, so he just kept sleeping.
I'd feel bad for him if he wasn't better off as a POW, which he definitely is.

Critical articles about Zelensky are increasingly appearing in the Western media — he is accused of excessive centralization of power in his hands. According to authoritative publications, this led to a conflict between the president's office and the regional authorities.

▪Journalists of The Washington Post write (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/08/03/ukraine-political-divisions-zelensky-mayors /) that the struggle for access to foreign financial assistance has caused conflicts between Zelensky and mayors of cities. Indeed, active oppositionists have recently appeared among Ukrainian mayors. The main ones are the head of Dnepropetrovsk Boris Filatov, Rivne Vladislav Tretyak and Chernihiv Vladislav Atroshenko.

Thus, Boris Filatov, in a comment by The Washington Post, accused Zelensky of creating an autocratic vertical of power. The publication notes that the conflict between the president and the mayor worsened after the deprivation of citizenship of the head of the Dnepropetrovsk Defense Ministry Gennady Korban. Tretyak and Atroshenko said that Zelensky hinders the development of cities.

In addition, The Washington Post newspaper made a claim to Zelensky in the creation of military administrations that receive money directly from Kiev. Their powers greatly exceed the capabilities of civil authorities.

Once again (https://t.me/rybar/36888 ) for Zelensky, a bell rings that sponsors are always trying to create a system of balances and counterweights. Therefore, attempts to strengthen power by the president's office cause a negative reaction in the West.

And now its YOUR RUSSIA fricking russia strugling to take some random village 80kms from its border. The fact that people talk UNIRONICALLY about Ukraine taking back territories from "2nd world army" (lamao) is already pathetic enough

                >YOUR RUSSIA

And now name the countries that supply weapons to Ukraine, and also look at how much money NATO spent on the Ukrainian army from 2014 to 2022. Right now Ukraine is fighting with American weapons. So the war is not against Ukraine, but against NATO. And NATO is losing. It can do nothing to Russia. Economic sanctions are hurting the West. It turned out very funny. They themselves refused Russian gas, and now they are crying and asking to supply it to them again.

Russia has introduced only 100 thousand of its troops against 200 thousand Ukrainian. Plus a lot of NATO advisers and mercenaries. Plus nationalists. And where are all your troops? They are no longer there. 200 thousand destroyed! Only reservists and NATO missiles remain, there is nothing else in Ukraine. Soon we will take our lands back. And the West will starve and live without oil, gas and electricity.

Your economy is crashing while the never-ending support of the west is reaching Ukraine in increasing numbers, training included.

Soon, the homosexuals of Moscow and St.Petersburg will be sent to the front along the arabic-asiatic-russo-mutts, pretty young boys to rape for the animals that consist most of russian people.

Then, these people face a new nightmare - they actually have to go into combat against western-supported ukrainians. The mental breakdowns are daily stuff, even today, and we will see plenty more because russians are a weak people, domesticated by foreign conquerors.

NATO has not taken part in the conflict but it might arrange a peacekeeping operation where russo-mutts are killed and removed from Ukraine's Crimea and eastern parts. Putin will hang himself in his bunker when this happens, he already knows he is a coward but this will make matters so much worse.

Where will you go then? Whose dick will you suck and whose ass will you eat when the illegal Moscow regime has collapsed? The future is horrible for you, you should prepare already.

If Ukraine did it, then why are the official Ukrainian authorities silent? What are they afraid of? That's the thing, that you pass off any incident as your actions. In Russia, snow will fall ahead of time - you will write that it was Ukrainian saboteurs who scattered the snow. LOL.

Do you know why this happens? Because Western countries demanded at least some kind of victory from Zelensky. Because there is a crisis in the West, and it is increasingly difficult for politicians to explain to people why they support some kind of Ukraine with a corrupt government. Which hides soldiers in schools and kindergartens. Kherson could not be captured (they did not even try, LOL, they only disgraced the whole world). Now they are starting to look for at least something that can be passed off as a "victory". Ukraine is losing one locality after another in the Donbas. When the line of fortifications in the Donbass falls, then the bare steppe. And big cities will be captured very quickly.

The article is full of nonsense. There is a lot of food in Russia, cheap gasoline and there are no problems with anything. Everything that is not produced in Russia is purchased abroad (in China, Turkey, etc.). There are no problems due to sanctions for ordinary people. Some brands have left - well, this is not a problem, others will come instead. And brands will never come back here again (I wonder where they will find markets instead of Russian ones). So there are no problems in Russia with sanctions.

And now we see the situation with the economy of the entire eurozone and the United States. So you can delete your table. By the end of 2022, there will be completely different figures. The European Union will never again be where it was before February 2022. It was the peak of the European economy. Now you are going to the bottom, and very quickly. There is not a single reason for the growth of the European economy. And if a war breaks out in Taiwan, then the world economy will stop. But Russia will survive, unlike Europe. lol.

And in this table there are numbers that "should" have been if everything had gone as it went. But in February 2022, everything changed, so your "planned" numbers are now nothing. Do you know what the GDP will be in the Eurozone by the end of 2022? And if not, where did you get the figures for 2023 in your table?

You have data for 2019. In 2022, there will be 0% from the EU, and the share of the EU and the US will go to China. Russia doesn't care who to buy from. And who will the EU sell to, except Russia? Say goodbye to your economy, buddy.

All this is happening right now. It is enough to look at the growth of oil exports to China (and not only to China, to India, for example), and imports from China to Russia. China is easily replacing the EU right now. What goods the EU produces. which China does not produce?

And to stay /k/ related, where are the Russians gonna find a replacement for the French optics in their armor?

As for the oil, I think you greatly overestimate the Russian ability to build pipeline that quickly, especially under sanction and without said western machinery

                >Complex machinery and their component, that China can't replace in quality or quantity

Don't be so wienery. In 2022, China is not the same as it was in 2010, when you graduated from school and wrote a diploma on this topic.

                >And to stay /k/ related, where are the Russians gonna find a replacement for the French optics in their armor?

Russia has been producing its own thermal imagers for a long time (since 2014, if I'm not mistaken). Just after 2014, France stopped supplying them. However, this did not prevent the modernization of thousands of T-72b3 and the construction of new vehicles with thermal imagers (T-90MS, BMP-4M, etc.).

                >As for the oil, I think you greatly overestimate the Russian ability to build pipeline that quickly, especially under sanction and without said western machinery

Without any Western help, an oil pipeline is being built to China through Mongolia right now. And before that, two were already built ("power of Siberia 1" and "power of Siberia 2").

That's nice. China in 2020 is also still on no way capable of producing or replacing specialised machine tools that are only built in Europe. Deal with it, vatBlack person.

                >Russia has been producing its own thermal imagers for a long time

They tried. What they got was utterly worthless garbage and they continued importing from the French while tossing it into the junk.

                >Without any Western help, an oil pipeline is being built to China through Mongolia right now.

And without any westenr help, it will take well over a decade before the first oil is pumped, and nearly half a century before it reaches the capacity of pipelines to the west. Russia doesn't have ten years to live without european oil&gas monies.

And before that, two were already built ("power of Siberia 1" and "power of Siberia 2").

And their throughput is so pathetically low as to be meaningless.

Even if China manage to adapt and upscale their production, unlike the EU the relation will be purely one-sided, China doesn't need Russian Export, but Russia will need to sell it's oil and replace the western machine, don't expect Russia to be on the right side of any future deal

Why do you think that is the case? Do you think NATO will get sick of watching Russians die? Do you think Ukraine will run out of men? Do you think Russia can handle global sanctions longer than the west will prop up Ukraine?

                >Do you think NATO will get sick of w-ing Russians die?
NATO will soon collapse, as will the European Union. In the US, elections are coming soon, where Republicans will win. They will get a majority in the Senate and impeach Biden. The European Union will collapse due to internal disagreements and economic problems. Neither Americans. neither the Germans will sponsor NATO anymore, and without America, NATO is a bunch of pathetic clowns.
                >Do you think Ukraine will run out of men?
I do not know if you read telegram channels (are they not banned in your country), but the way men are caught on the streets of Ukraine suggests that they are really coming to an end. Plus huge losses and huge problems with desertion from the Ukrainian army. Ukrainians don't want to die for Zelensky.
                >Do you think Russia can handle global sanctions longer than the west will prop up
                >Ukraine?
Russia is already withstanding sanctions much better than the West, which imposed them. How long will the West last at such oil and gas prices? And if Russia stops supplying fuel for nuclear power plants? And many other things that only Russia has. Europe has nothing that Russia needs as much as Europe needs Russian gas. Without Russian gas, the locomotive of the European economy - the German industry is falling to the bottom. Without the German economy, the rest of Europe is a bunch of third world agricultural countries. What can you oppose to China? More precisely, who besides Germany in Europe can produce at least something that is in demand in the world?
                >How do you see this lasting for years being good for Russia?
Russia is not to blame for this war. Since 1990, NATO has been moving closer and closer to the borders of our country. The European Union is under the leadership of the United States. You say that the referendum in Crimea was not fair because there were Russian soldiers there. How can you (Europe) be independent from the United States if American soldiers are still in Europe?

                >Because your neighbours fear invasion for some reason

No, not for that reason. The reason is that the United States, using its dominant position in the world, has planted its ideology and its governments in those countries where it has bases and in neighboring ones. Thus they seized the governments of Eastern Europe and the countries of the former USSR. The same thing happened with Ukraine. The first color revolution was in 2004. And in 2014, the second color revolution, when the legitimately elected president was OVERTHROWN. It was a natural coup d'etat, supported (and openly supported) by the United States. Victoria Nuland handed out cookies to the protesters. Thus, the United States first sparkles an independent government with the help of color revolutions, puts under its control, which does what the United States needs. All this happened in Ukraine. Russia was forced to strike first, because Zelensky started talking about nuclear weapons. Western countries and the United States, first of all, have been pumping weapons into Ukraine for all these 8 years. They were preparing her for war. Ukraine has openly expressed aggression towards the Russian population, as well as towards Russia. All this will not be in vain either for Ukraine or for the West.

I'm not even American either, just some dude living in an irrelevant country that actually knows what a military super power looks like.

No one helped Iraq when America occupied it. Tell me better how long America occupied Korea, Vietnam or Afghanistan. And also tell me How America shamefully ran away from Afghanistan, leaving all its belongings there. When the USSR helped Vietnam, America achieved nothing there. Now the whole Western world is helping Ukraine, not just America. At the same time, Russia is successfully conducting military operations and seizing territories. Despite the fact that it uses only a 100K contingent, inferior in number to the Ukrainian army.

Americans left some clapped-out MRAPs and Shithawks, as well as a few humvees. And they only left them because they thought the ANA might need them. When the Taliban took actual former US bases they chimped out because the Americans had taken literally everything of value home with them.

The Americans left billions of dollars worth of equipment in Afghanistan. Not counting how much they spent on this country during the 10 years of occupation. And they lost to the Taliban. Damn it, this is so funny. When the USSR was at war in Afghanistan, both the USA and China helped the Taliban. Now no one is helping the Taliban, but the United States managed to escape from them, even abandoning helicopters! It's just a shame. It's a pathetic sight, really.

If you only sit in /k, where every second is a Ukrainian monkey. Or you read only the Western press, then of course everything is like that. However, the reality is quite the opposite. If Russia is defeated, then why has 6 months passed and Russia is still in Ukraine? Or are NATO forces too weak to rock the 200,000-strong Ukrainian army? Or are sanctions not working well? What went wrong, tell me? After all, you wanted to overthrow Putin with your sanctions. And as a result, your rulers are resigning (Britain, Italy, etc.). And you call this a loss to Russia? What an idiot you are!

Those Russian numbers are outdated and don’t include all of the non-combatant troops that are working in Russia to keep the invasion going. I wouldn't be surprised if Russia has close to 800,000 troops actively participating in the war in some form or another.

No one helped Iraq for the same reason no one worth a damn supports Russia... It was ruled by an absolute piece of shit. America left Afghanistan, big whoop, so did Russia. America raw dogged North Vietnam for 18 years before giving up to refocus efforts on eliminating the Soviet Union... Weird parallel, that. That said, Russia is getting its fricking ass handed to it by a technically inferior armed force because they decide to roll into the war with force parity. Russia is not winning this war, it is losing badly... Only a moron could see otherwise. Like I said previously, a real military super power would have wrapped this up by now and would have also achieved air superiority.

The Ukrainians did not seize this airport. The Russians left by themselves. So there is no victory for Ukraine here. Ukrainians have not captured a single city. which the Russians captured. They can only defend themselves, hiding behind the civilian population. And to arrange fake performances, accusing the Russians of killing civilians. So that the West does not forget about them and gives them the money they steal. The Russians will take over Ukraine anyway, the West will fall apart, and Ukrainians will suffer the most. But it serves them right. They began to believe the Nazis and the West - now the West has betrayed them, turning them into cannon fodder.

There are people that see what is wrong with their nation and talk about it, raise awareness and try to push it in a better direction. Then there are people like you that claim everything is great while it's falling apart.

I'll admit neoliberal economic policy has eroded the west over the past 30 years to the point we are a shadow or our former selves. Still even in this state we can beat Russia in a proxy war on Russias boarder while Russians steal washing machines so they won't have to wet their hands in winter.
We have fallen far but many of us see it and want to repair the damage, meanwhile your nation has fallen much worse and you claim it's fine. This is not how you rebuild a nation.

                >Why did the Russian Army leave those cities, Ivan?

Because it was a distraction operation. You don't think that 20 thousand people would have captured 5 million Kiev? But Russia calmly passed from the Crimea to Kherson, capturing it almost without a fight. Ukrainians have been preparing for defense against an attack through the Crimea for 8 years, but when the troops landed near Kiev, they were not up to the Crimea. Panic began. Russia took advantage of this. Ukraine has been preparing for defense for 8 years, and still lost Mariupol in a few weeks of fighting. Russia is fighting with smaller forces than Ukraine has, suffers much less losses and causes much more damage. Ukraine helps NATO, provides intelligence, the latest weapons, satellite images, etc. But this does not help Ukraine. NATO will soon run out of weapons stocks (apparently, then China will launch an operation in Taiwan).
