No, it's just the last time they did anything that openly. You can look into groups like the Finders and get an idea for the sorts of things they're getting up to now.
Also, go the fuck back to wherever you came from you fed cum drinker.

Well I looked into it and it appears to be bullshit. The FBI looked into it and claims there wasn't any interference or connection with the CIA.
But then, if you're a conspiracy theorist, that probably doesn't convince you.

    Is delta really that bad?

The movie plays up the "This is my safety, sir" bit. Allegedly, Delta operators would go to clear weapons and one of the final steps to clearing an AR-15 is dropping the hammer with no mag in. This of course would render the gun unable to fire unless you charged it, so they would walk around base with a mag inserted so if anything were to happen (say an indig goes hostile or someone goes crazy), one could just use the charging handle and get to work

Considering all the top Western special forces crosstrain with each other all the time, you'll probably find they're all about the same.
The CIA Special Activities Division would probably be my bet though, if you considered them special forces.

    Danish Frogmen

Regular Danish soldiers are basically athletes. Then you have the frogmen, who has a ridiculously high standard for entry and only take in like 5% of applicants.
