Never served, but from what I hear most MPs are snitches and nobody tends to like them. From what I've seen, its a mix between being a gatehouse guard and a speeding ticket collector. Most of the time you're gonna be standing around doing nothing and likely get any interesting training once in a while. Most of the job outside of the standard fricking around duties would be to collect your fellow fricked up soldiers and ensure they get chewed out by the proper chain of command. Also most of your training is gonna be by powerpoint or sitting in a class room going over the new base rules that some uppity desk officer put down.

Again, never served so take it for what its worth.

      >"DRUNK moronS could be here" he thought, "I've never been in this camp before. There could be DRUNK moronS anywhere." The hot Camp Pendleton wind felt good against his bare chest. "I HATE DRUNK moronS" he thought. The NCIS theme song reverberated his entire HMMWV, making it pulsate even as the $9 Monster Zero Ultra circulated through his powerful thick veins and washed away his (merited) fear of drunken marines after dark. "With a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, you can administer an Article 113 anywhere you want" he said to himself, out loud.

      >You go around wienerblocking your fellow enlisted members from having fun
Yeah. Domestic disputes on payday are soon fun. Buddy showed up to one and was told to frick off. Had to check for the Mrs anyway and was told not to check the 3rd room because it's locked.
      >you open the door with the key or I'll open it with my boot, this is a wellness check
Entire room was a museum of horse sized dildos in cases and mounted on the walls. He eventually found the Mrs and she explained she was yelling at him because he told her there wasn't money for baby formula again even though she knows he just got 2 more dildos in the mail.
      FUN

I can't imagine the number of domestics that an MP has to turn up to. Probably the most common thing that isn't just fun policing.

To much work plus women have been brainwashe d that feeding your child onions protien palm oil and HFCS is better for your child LITERALLY CATTLE FEED. 99% of milk/dair based fomual is sent to China now because they killed tens of thousands of babies to save a few bucks over every 100k.

Most western baby formula is literal cattle feed that has no milk in it unless you pay 5X the price for organic. Because these "people" think you are cattle and want your child hooked to ultraproceededd garbage fricking with your bloodsugar 247.

They also give out free samples for a limited time and when thats over a mother can normally no longer naturally lactate. Show she buys more literal goyslop instead of having her husband play with her breasts or taking a hormone pill. To make sure her fricking baby her child is safe and fed properly while also being held and loved. Instead of being thrown a bottle as she fricks off to watch wtv garbage on her phone/tv.
This is one of the main reasons why socity is so sociopathic companies have pushed breast feeding as being poor and immoral and gross. When in reality its beyond fricking important to a child and they should be fed breastmilk till age 2.5-3(with a botttle after X months clearly). Breastfeeding properly/pumping milk does not #rekt breasts this is their lies. They want children obese moronic and shit immunize systems THINK OF THE PROFITS WE CAN MAKE OF THESE CATTLE!!!

It’s alright. I had the luxury of being in combat support rather than L&O for most of my career. I definitely did not enjoy the L&O side, but found out quickly it’s easier to make friends than it is to make enemies with units.

It was quite fun. Far more specialised training and better equipped compared to basic grunts. Base guard duty were chill week long breakaways from regular duty. And while corralling drunks is part of it, ensuring that soldiers behave as they are supposed to is a job that needs to be done.

Lol. Lmao, even. For little shit, sure. For actual crime, no. No one likes MPs for the same reason no one likes cops. People dont like accountability for doing dumb shit and somehow its the fault of the po-leese when they get hemmed up. With that being said, we share an armory with an MP unit and theyve all been dick heads to us in passing. I dont know what their problem is.

A previous colleague of mine was a MP in the Danish army.
He said that during his tour in Afghanistan (or maybe it was Irak, i don't quite remember), the MPs were often used when targets were wanted for questioning, but it wasn't suspected that the target would put up enough of a fight to warrant the actual special forces.

The MPs would also often provide security, when the actual special forces went after the more dangerous people.

I was at a certain school for a few months and dated this 10/10 Korean girl that I was way out of my league with. Well turns out her brother was an MP with the Korean Marines who worked with our MPs. Every time her parents would call to say she wasn’t home he’d call in a favor and wellness check to have the MPs stop by my room to check.

I ended up fighting the guy before I left and never heard about it again. I hated Korea and the MPs had a lot to do with it even though I was never in actual trouble.
