Are you moronic? It stopped the bullet from piercing through but there's still the force force from the bullet that would force the chain in

Doesnt the fact that it stopped even a small bullet basically confirm it's not real silver?

Makes sense if it was 22 short and not lr. I doubt a silver necklace would be enough to stop a 22lr

Could have been from one of those 1-2 inch barrel NAA revolvers. I've heard those will get stopped by belt buckles and sufficiently thick stuff in pockets.

22 lr out of a short barreled pistol is weaker than a 22 short out of a rifle.

Actually, rifle barrels reduce the power of 22lr and 22 short. Anything more than 10 inches and the bullet is all out of propellant to burn. It's just grinding against the rifling at that point. You should get pinned and welded .22lr rifles because of this.

You generally get a little more out of 16" but if there were no nfa 10" would be the way to go.

NTA. Still NFA when used for its intended purpose w/ silencer but man is it calling my name since you don't have to 2 stamp it. I think it's about 10-11" w/o shroud. Can use a silencer and only 16.5"? Fuggggggg.

It's not. It's rather soft. It was just nickel plated iron or some shit.
