The SS Stephen Hopkins used its 4 inch gun to sink the German raider the Stier. The SS Lawton.B Evans not only survived attack by a U Boat but went onto shoot down 5 enemy planes. Mostly though, they were turkey shoots.
Some of their catamarans and fast attack boats look cool. Container ships painted grey are lame.
We'll see how their "aircraft carrier" turns out but I'm fairly sure it's just going to be for drones.
